They advertised the large King size bed. Their answer was we had other bookings and gave out the room. I booked 2 days prior and they confirmed. Question, why did you confirm, I have paid for the room which was non refundable. Duh. They never changed me to another room. The Hotel is re-branded but same old same old. Needs to be re-done. They are faking it. Noisy nightclub and noisy staff at 3am onwards till 7 in the morning, Loud people, party animals. Food is expensive for what it is. Its just sleep and leave. Room old and no real shower except in bathtub. Won't be staying there again.

I got a suite for a very low price, the service was great, and it's close to the subway and Golden Street.

Not a family atmosphere. They kept my id during checking and I am still chasing them to have to couriered to me, even after a week of my checkout. Parking is not free you will have to pay 50 Dhs a night. While booking it shows parking at site, which is deceiving. Roadside parking is difficult to get as it's a crowded location in old Dubai.

The hotel location is perfect for tourists. Metro station is right next to the hotel. 5mins walk.hotel staff is very helpful. Bashir, Deepak, Sandeep,huzefa and Imran helped us have a very comfortable stay.. Hotel is very clean. Definitely try the suit room for your stay!!!

The best part of this hotel is the hospitality, fro t destination and the personalized touch they give the the guest. I have been a regular customer of the hotel and the have never disappointed me in any aspect. The approach to the betterment if stay has always been continuous and the best.

washroom smells stinky, they let us pay for AED 120 for linen that can be resolved by washing properly and that was super unacceptable at all.. Management are muppets, very disappointing at all for small issues...

the Wi-Fi was the worst WIFI i ever had in any Hotel. as a Cabin crew i used to fly and stay in many hotels and i really never had worst Wi-Fi connection, 60% of the time there was no connection and 40% very weak signal on and off. what made it worse is the IT guy who came to my room many many times till i felt I'm sharing my room with him and still he failed to do nothing and eventually told me ' You know sir its Technology we don't always have control over it" so basically he is an Indian IT guy was supposed to be the best at his Job and he could not provide me with the basic wifi connection In Dubai in 2022.. i was really shocked .. and i wanted to extend my staying for another week but since i hated the Wi-Fi connection so much i deiced to book another Hotel where I'm staying in now and Obviously there is wifi here as expected , this why i can write my Review .. In my Honest opinion i believe this place is simply over rated because the Staff are so nice and friendly so customers can give extra reviews only to compliment the nice staff , but a lot of things really need attention - room cleaning i would rate 3 out of 10 the room was smelly when i arrived and i was sure it was not well cleaned so i called the supervisor and he assured me its properly 100% clean. and when he left i decided to walk bare foot and my feet whir sticky with Chips and chocolate so i got so angary and i called them to vacuum my room and i was watching them very carefully making sure they do their job this time . also the noise from the Night Club on the roof was really really annoying and i believe the hotel must at least provide ear plugs to every room since they know the noise level is really high . so unfortunately this place did not meet my expectations at all. but as mentioned only the staff in reception the bell man they all were really nice .

the staff were really so nice and very friendly and polite , the location and the view are just fantastic and the room is so big
