This is a lovely and affordable place to stay, located downtown and well-connected by city buses. The host, Mahadi, was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to accommodate me. It’s definitely great value for money.

The door to my room was broken. And while I was able to lock the room, a woman traveling alone might not feel safe. Additionally, there’s no indication on the outside of the building that the Inn is there other than the number of the address.

Well mostly things that didn't have to do with the stuff. The main problems are: 1)Noise. It is true that the walls are made from thin wood, so you will be hearing anything that happens outside in the corridor, to what happens to next room and all lockers/ doors getting locked and unlocked :( 2)be ready to wake up in your first night at 05.00 am. There is a mosque very close by and you will wake up due to the prayers (First one the day). This was a little bit shocking in the first night, but didn't annoy me so much on the 2nd night. 3)The bathrooms have just floors so when someone showers, water just floods the floors, making it almost impossible to use the bathroom without getting wet. It would be nice guys if you would put some marbles or an obstacle around the shower, it would save you extra cleaning as well and it wouldn't create lots of dirt on the floor. I would also suggest to put some hooks on the wall, for people to put their clothes when they shower, This would help as well a lot your guests and enhance the total experience.

Look. The hostel is just that. A big house that is divided into many rooms, with a common kitchen , 2 shared showers/wc and 1 wc. If you know what are you booking, then you will be just fine. In case you expect that you will be in a 5 star hotel, well guys, do not book it. The personnel is amazing. Super kind people, all of them and they went out of their way, to give me info beforehand and also wait for me, even on me checking in at 02.00 am. Thank you very much! The room was extremely clean , it has a wardrobe and a small office , very practical if you want to work or do stuff in your laptop. They also give you a towel and a mini toothbrush/toothpaste. It is a nice gesture. The bathrooms were clean , well MOST of the time. Kitchen with appliances and fridge to put your drinks. Shampoo and Wahing Gel also provided! Location is good, 20-25 mins away by walking from the beach, and many many many many shops and restaurants around. If you plan to stay 1 or 2 days, then it is a good choice, considering the price! The rating of 8.0 is for the things that are provided and for the stuff; Besides, as I have already mentioned, you NEED to know what you are booking before going there.

Every thing was great about this stay. But the smell coming from the garbage room right in front of the apartment is very bad. I have to hold my breath every time I go out or come in. Other than that all good

The walls were made from a kind of plywood. There was a large ventilation hole blowing AC on my bed, couldn't turn it off, which is really ridiculous for a winter month.

The private room was okay for a night. It looks better in the pictures. The young guy who gave me the key was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find, I asked for details on WhatsApp before I reached the accomodation. The shared bathrooms were okay, although the hand soap dispensers didn't work. The internet speed was decent.

Small room compromising privacy between guests as I was able to hear the breathing, coughs and farts of the next door guest (no sound proofing).

Thin walls, very hard bed, VERY VERY HARD TO FIND, feel unsafe. The front door is not locked, feel like everyone can get in. Neither the addresses provided on booking.com and on Google map will help you find the place. No signs, no direction guide. I have to ask the supermarket nearby to give me directions. No receptionist so it felt like I accidentally walked into a random flat.

The Bed mattress was really hard and thin, not very comfortable and the air conditioning system is centralized so you can't turn up or down the temperature in your room

All is good and exactly the same as displayed at booking. com. Clean and tidy room, common toilet and kitchen are available and clean. The apartment is very quiet and calm, its located at Khalidiyah area, easy to find food, laundry and transportation access nearby. There is a staff (Ashean) that always clean the apartment and change the linen in daily basis and Also Sanath that always willing to support on the administration wise.
