Despite my liking for this hotel, I would like to mention a point that caused me some discomfort: the water in the bathtub, in the kitchen and bathroom sinks took a very long time to leave. And the second point: the dishes were unclean after washing by the staff.

I liked the design of the hotel, I liked the friendly staff who are ready to answer any of your questions, I liked the cleanliness, neatness, aroma, and quality of everything from service to equipment and various accessories. Overall, I am very pleased, and I am sure I will continue to use the services of this hotel, because it seems to me that this place, despite its high level, will strive for excellence.

We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

Honestly the staff could not be more friendly, it is so heartwarming how kind they are. The breakfast is à la carte, really high quality and delicious. The room was spacious, and I have to say that they had the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept in.

This hotel was outstanding and we had an exceptionally comfortable stay. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The Residences part isn't as good as the hotel, it looks less refined. The two bedroom apartment is good but a bit different from the pictures, the twin room has standard beds (not queen), and the bathroom for the twin is ridiculously small. Thankfully, there's a third bathroom but only with toilets and a sink. However, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a big bathroom, which is perfect. The apartment has a nice size and a useful kitchen. For the breakfast, the service is a la carte and on the slow side. The waiters are super friendly, but I think there's not enough staff in the kitchen considering the slow pace. Sometimes, you can wait up to 15-20 min just for toasts, and even coffees come slowly. The food has an amazing taste, but definitely don't try to take your breakfast there if you're in a hurry. You can still take pastries from the small buffet, as well as some juices and fruits.

The service is amazing, they are quick and have almost everything you can ask for. The location is great with some nice restaurants and walkable areas around. The hotel looks gorgeous and rooms are well equipped. The food quality is always excellent and coffee is great. Gym is nice and pool good as well, not that big though it's not a resort keep in mind.

Location is quite nice with many restaurants around the hotel next to the marina. The hotel Bar is a good option too. Staff are helpful and kind.

The hotel is beautiful, nice and super clean, the room is spacious and comfortable, staff and service are outstanding. The breakfast which lasts until 4 pm is an amazing service. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves luxury and very kind :) service.

Too expensive for what it offers. Room design felt overly minimal—less inviting than other Editions like Shanghai.

Great staff, very clean, and impressive views, especially from higher floors. Service was smooth and professional, making the stay enjoyable.
