Coffee at breakfast was the only thing we disliked. At dinner we could not get the correct drink. We ordered a rum and pepsi and the staff kept bringing it with lemon syrup which was a cocktail but not what we ordered. Some soft music by the adults pool would be amazing.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good with lots of variety each meal. Facilities were also very good.

Likes: Great location, excellent ambience and value for money. The all- inclusive package is a must, snacks and beverages available all through the resort. Variety of options during meal times. Lots of activities during the day. Dislikes: Rooms are dome-shaped (2 sections in our apartment) and the AC is only felt in the "living room" section; this makes sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat.

The furniture in the villa felt quite outdated and not well maintained. The apartments didn’t feel very clean - possibly due to the old furnishings. The garden and balcony area definitely hadn’t been cleaned at all; the chairs and table were extremely dusty, and there were stains and bird droppings on the chairs, table, and lounge beds. Unfortunately, this was also the case in some of the restaurants. I understand there are many birds in the area and even informational boards about the different species, but it was still unpleasant and off-putting to see bird droppings in areas meant for dining and relax.

The pools were the highlight - very big and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the easy beach access.

All inclusive is not worth as food is not available until 12 and it's check out time. After 12 there is no food in inclusive. So you will only get dinner and breakfast it's better to go half board.

We got upgraded to 2 bedroom villa which we obviously paid for in full price as offered by the front desk and did not ask for further discounts. The unit had a leaking water sink in the kitchen which let out a bad plumbing odor perhaps from drain water. For a villa which we paid for in full price we should not have had these minor issues. The washrooms were not the cleanest.

The location is always the reason we come back to this property but the hygiene is not the best anymore.

AC was moderated to go off and on every few minutes focussed on sustainability but since the weather was warm.. It was hot in the room so we coudn't sleep well. The temp. was fixed at 23.5 and we reduced the temp but it didn't help.

It is not possible to leave the resort except by car or taxi. The resort's own transportation is quite expensive, and there are only limited shopping options in the area. While walking around the area, it's important to watch out for residents on electric scooters, as some of them drive fast.

Very good food all day long. A spacious resort with plenty of activities for children. A nice and well-maintained beach with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the hotel service works very well.

Very few options at the Indian food corner for dinner buffet. Also, barbecue choices could include chicken or even fish & prawns since the seafood night was cancelled
