Some front desk workers are not that friendly. Weird personal at breakfast room. Breakfasts are pretty poor. Nasty smell in the hallway and staff keeps using chemicals to reduce it not even caring we are right there.

The kitchen stove was very slow. We did not cook very much, but might have with a better stove. Pots and pans were old and scratched up.

The property needs repair as couple of tiles in room were making noise while walking, due to cracks in them.

The location of the hotel was very apt for any traveler. It was near to many departmental stores and shopping area. Still the room, which was good in size, was quite all time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen could use a renovation or at least more thorough cleaning. TV remote controler wasn't partialy working.

Very quiet place (apt 805), just some noise from the parking but nothing unusual. Nice view from the “breakfast room”. Good location near Qasr Al Hosn, Etihad Towers (by bus), Capitol Park.

The furniture in the bathroom was a bit old, but in good shape. The breakfast could be more diverse, a Coffee machine would be a plus.

The hotel is in the city center, near a big mall. The room was big and had eveything you need. I liked the fact that ceaning was made every day. Special offer: gym or sauna for free.

At first, I was frustrated by the lack of attention to changing towels and bed sheets. However, whenever I called to request towels or anything else, the staff responded quickly. When my frustration grew over the cleanliness, I raised the issue with both the receptionist and the general manager. They took immediate action and ensured that the rest of my stay was much more comfortable. They went above and beyond, cleaning more than I had asked, to make sure I didn’t leave feeling dissatisfied.

I was really impressed with how spacious the room was, especially considering the price—it was honestly amazing. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly. If you leave your car with the valet, they’re quick to bring it to you. They’re also fast and efficient when you make any requests. Overall, it’s a very welcoming and friendly environment.
