Very large apartment with two comfortable bedrooms. Quite central to anything in downtown Abu Dhabi. The staff were very polite. Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast could have more variety. Water bottles (500ml/person) are offered only once during stay which was weird. I end up purchasing water (10 AED for 20 litre Ja) from hotel. In my view that is a big no.

Location is great. Many things to do in vicinity within walking distance. Everything a tourist needs is within walking distance. Rooms are large and spacious. My entire family culd stay together which is what holiday is supposed to be. Higher floor offers view of downtown & corniche area. I would definitely stay again.

we had a bad experience like while we check out staff has told us that there is scratch in TV and they were saying it was done by us and we don’t know anything about it so this made us bit disappointed because we never touch their TV and at last GM help us to solve this issue.

A little outdated and the interior somewhat reminds you the mid-century apartments back in USSR. Sauna/spa services downstairs at the 2nd floor never had anyone at the reception desk available

Suite was spacious enough to accommodate three people (parents’ couple and a single adult) with the sufficient level of privacy. Located conveniently within the walking distance from the beach. Has washer (but no dryer, nor detergent/amenities available), so could help a lot even traveling for a long period of time. Has not such a bad buffet breakfast at all for just 45 AED. The cleaning service was good as well.

Even tho the apartment was cleaned but it had some specific smell, felt like cheap cleaning materials smell, I can’t tell exactly, but it distracted us a bit to sleep on the bed sheets even. Some parts of the place were really dusty. I think that’s all.

The stuff was super helpful, the receptionists, the guards, they immediately changed our fridge because it was leaking, they were super respectful to girls. The apartment was large and comfortable, the location is nice, next to the Lulu hypermarket. It had all the equipments needed, if not at the apartment the staff was ready to help at any moment, and all the bathroom amenities. All in all good.

Check in was easy. Location is very good. It is in Times Square. Staff were good. Quiet place. Reasonably good room. Clean and tidy. Elevator moves very fast. Safe and secured. Good security to ensure safety of guests.

Cooking stove takes a long time to heat up.

Nice comfortable room with conditioner and cool blackout curtains. Hypermarket is near, beach is near. The staff is polite and friendly. Cafe in hotel's building have nice food. Cafe's staff is great.

As a private person I would have liked to have private bathrooms instead the rooms. Also the second bathroom never had hot water.
