There is no return shuttle so the only option is to get a taxi on the way back. The location is not walking distance to anything so you need a car/ride every time. Still a lot of construction going around.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. It offers free shuttle to Dubai mall which is convenient (no return trip). The pool was very nice, clean and with a view to the Burj Khalifa. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes quite late in the day. The breakfast was varied and there was always something new each day (tasty fruits). The location is also close to the center (no walking). We also appreciated the Soluna beach club day - very easy to book and enjoy. It was a good stay. There was a nice Eid chocolate gift.

I have said that we are celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary during the stay but no greetings nor surprise from the hotel. While earlier in our stay in other hotels they are giving a complimentary surprise.

The breakfast selection at the property could have been better with a wider selection available.

The hotel was amazing, the perfect location to get around Dubai, the Resturants on site spa and pool all have amazing facilities.

Room service was poor. Very delayed delivery of the order.Also the location of the hotel had nothing to do around. Dubai mall was 8 minutes away by taxi

The room was modern, super clean and spacious! The breakfast had variety but could have been of better quality. We like the omelette station and the outside seating next to the pool. We also like the bar at first floor and the Blacksmith restaurant that had delicious food and large food portions.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the First Collection Business Bay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The swimming pool area was great and the food at the restaurants were really good. All of the staff were outstanding and attentive. We definitely would come back and stay at this hotel.

The pool was closed on Thursday afternoon because of a private event. So...this means that ALL HOTEL GUESTS could not use the pool because of ONE guy. If I had known this when booking I would have selected another hotel!! Poor management and ignorance of all hotel guests but one.

We didn't get the view from the room that was advertised on Booking. We got a completely different view which was not clearly stated when we initially made the booking. During evenings there was a lot of noise and a big crowd around the pool. There were obviously a lot of people coming to dinner who were not hotel guests. I wish there was less people so that the pool area would be a bit more peaceful.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great, everyone was really helpful. I also liked that we got free access to a private beach on the palm. That was fun.
