Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesThe room was pretty clean and decent enough. The privacy was maintained, they even gave me an hour of extension post the departure time, really appreciate. However there were certain things which were not taken care off, likewise there was no refrigerator, it was taken off from its cabinet plus there was no tea.coffee.milk sachets, i wanted to make tea in the morning, to my surprise i only found a tea bag and no milk or sugar or cofee sachet. Over all the stay was nice if i exclude these few things. Even the location is great, you get easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, metro and even bus stands.

United Arab EmiratesReceptionist, I don't know the name who checked in my guest, i think he need more training to deal Guest. If someone booked through booking.com there is option pay letter so it's mean guest can pay at property it's operated by hotel management if you don't want to use pay later then remove this option please tell your reservation team they can modify. Other thing when we reached at property that receptionist said your card is invalid so your rate will be higher but still my booking was valid. I know the process. If hotel found invalid card they can chose invalid card option then have to wait untill booking is ready to cancel. If during this period guest don't provide new card or don't come at property. Then property have right to cancel the booking. But that boy is telling me your card invalid you need to pay extra and suggesting me that I need to be careful next time I think you need to modify your booking.com extranet. Or deal the guests as guest in limit which your property allow. Please don't fool the people on this small thing I have stayed in this hotel many time and i enjoyed to stay whenever I need anything staff provided me Thank you.

United Arab EmiratesLocation is very good, staff is also very good. Room size is also very good. The problem is carpets are too old and not shampooed for a long time. Freshness in the room is not there becoz of that and yo can see small cockroaches here and there. Hot water is not consistent, so you dont enjoy your shower. Overall I would rate 6 out of 10.
