Location was close to the mosque and Yas Island. Room was comfy and clean. Staff provided excellent service! I especially would like to give appreciation to Christley for his attentiveness and for making my husband's birthday memorable. I also would like to thank the staff at Li Jiang for the sumptuous dinner and a surprise treat.

Nothing needs to get better, in my opinion! This is a 5 star hotel!!

It was the best experience of my life! All the staff are extremely attentive and help us all the time with our requests. Besides being an extremely beautiful, well-structured, and elegant hotel, the food is impeccable, and the room is very comfortable. Selvia welcomed us and assisted us throughout our stay, playing a key role in making our experience complete! She deserves all the recognition in the world.

Staff is too friendly and talking too much with guests. Which causes long waits for the other guests.

- Amazing breakfast in term of quality and choice. - Pool temperature is perfect and size is amazing. Baby pool is big and well protected from sun. - Rooms are big, with great pool and sea views and very quiet.

The hotel is simply amazing and the staff is so supportive and nice and special thanks to Mustafa, Fahmy, and Zwe as they have been incredibly nice and helpful during all the stays. I have been to the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal around 3 times so far and never been disappointed and am sure it won't be my last visit.

The spa is quite limited in size and facilities and lacks a relaxing area to sit afterwards.

The pool is fantastic and the service everywhere and particularly around the pool area is faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very friendly and welcoming

On the Sunday afternoon there was a very loud DJ at the pool area for a party The spa was actually closed and relocated to a hotel room which was not advertised. However the treatment was good

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is a place you can call home! Exceptional interior, rooms and facilities. Breakfast as well as the restaurants are a culinary experience! We went there with my husband for my birthday and had the most amazing time! All of the hotel staff were beyond kind and helpful, every little detail was pure perfection! Amazing pool/ beach area and supreme attention to guests! And the view from our room- Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque - superb! We cannot wait to come back!

Staff were great: Selvia called me before I arrived and checked on plans, whether needed pick up etc. So could order pick up from airport immediately etc. Very warm welcome. Sylvia 10 out of 10, Ria great.

The service was excelent, attention for the guests is incredible. Very clean, beautiful, good location, thoughtful about the little and big things. We was celebrating our weding anniversary, the hotel was suprised us. Wonderful breakfast. Everything was perfect!
