Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Good location, 30 seconds walk to WB World, 1 min to Yas Waterworld, 15 min walk to Ferrari World. Great place for any movie fan.

I really did enjoy my stay. The pool renovation dampened my stay abit but the Hilton alternative was super.

The experience could’ve been much improved; it didn’t meet my expectations from greetings, to packages, to service, and kids activities. Also, we never used the bus as its timing is inconvenient & it passes by all other hotels; so we took the taxi to all theme parks.

The location of the hotel is super convenient & it has nice rooms. The theme design-wise is lovely!

Some of the products were out and they didn’t make sure to refill it before we checked in. The food menu is so limited and the quality of the food was not a 5 stars hotel.

It was an excellent stay and the hospitality was great from the valet to the check out. The lady who checked us in Joy had great hospitality skills, and guided us well. The welcoming from Leti was great and the lady at the reception who checked us in Micah was lovely and guided us. They deserve a great star and appreciation. We definitely will be back. It was not advised that the main pool was under repair when booking . The price charged was on the higher side

They were too busy during breakfast, and the non sheltered area during breakfast may get wet. I happen to sit on one of the wet cushion chairs and got my pants soiled by it. No Indian breakfast unless you make a request.

There were many Characters that is in the hotels itself, at the lobby. Hotels staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean. Beds were very big and room was very spacious. Our room was overlooking sunset which was amazing. Breakfast was very delicious too On Ferrari Race night we even got a full set of chocolate racing car that's was so yummy.
