We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesThe pool was not temperature controlled, it was cold so we weren't able to swim comfortably. The furniture especially the sofa and chairs are made of fabric look dirty. The windows need cleaning as well. The tv is old not wifi ready.

United Arab EmiratesBuffet not in the restaurant but in the room (because we weren't enough). so we end up paying, but not to enjoy the breakfast fully and waist some food that they brought. And I didn't like the idea of throwing the food that wasn't at my taste. The pool is only for adults. With baby, it's not the best at all.
The receptionist was very kind. The room is quite big. A bit old, but it was fine. We weren't staying in the hotel.

Pakistan· We stayed in the Executive Suite at Time Express Hotel AL Khan and were thoroughly impressed. The suite was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. Its location is ideal, with a variety of eateries nearby. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
