1) According to evacuation plan, almost every room on my floor was connected to another room with an "always closed" door, with NO SOUND ISOLATION. Same for the door to the corridor, it even had a gap from the floor, where the light from the corridor illuminate all the room in the night. If your unchosen neighbor would like to listen Arab music at 2 A.M. or small children will cry all night in the room in front of yours - good luck 👍 (I'd experienced both - brrrrrh) 2) Build in the wall air conditioner is to noisy and powerful, no silent mode, no way to adjust the airflow direction, just "right in your face". 3) Fridge in the room was not working, asked them several times to change it - in 5 days nobody did anything. At 45⁰C outside it was really a problem. 4) location is not the best, no road public transport to the metro, nothing to see around. (Ferrys are going to Dubai from local aquarium, to Al Ghubaiba station 15 AED - the only way (except taxy that costs ~100 AED), but it's slow and not regular)

1) Room was quite spacious and clean, good furniture, comfy bed. 2) Every day service was amazing, guys cleaned everything, made the bed, provide unlimited water & bath supplies. 3) Breakfast was not perfect, but acceptable.

It was clean and tidy. Staff was very nice ☺️. Facilities, services were upto mark. We checked in early as mentioned but rooms were occupied so we have to wait couple of hours,so as a gesture one of our room was upgraded without any extra charge.

Exposed parking. Car gets very dirty and extremely hot in the summer sun. Install charging points by the bed. I also wish the floors were carpeted.

Great customer service. Breakfast was good. The rooms spacious and quiet. Staff very responsive. My first room had strong cigarette smell and once I informed the receptionist he promptly shifted me to a good one.

Their private parking lot is outdoors, and your car gets really hot during the summer when temperatures reach above 40 degrees Celcius.

The bedroom is comfortable, clean, spacious, and you cannot hear the noise from the streets. The staff is very nice and they are happy to help you. Their breakfast is pretty good too. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights.

The building was either old or needs a touch up. Mildew on walls in the room and bathroom. Rust in the shower.

This was my second stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were simple and convenient. It's in a quiet and clean part of Sharjah. Easy access and close to Dubai and Ajman. Beach and water is close by.

Quality of Water provided from tap in wash basin and shower is not good. On opening the tap Black dirt water comes out for first one minute. Then it clears. Complained to reception but found the same problem next time too.

Breakfast buffet is much lower than expected in what it includes, I expected more cleanliness for the bathroom and towels, It's clean, but it's not like a hotel's cleanliness, I booked for 2 nights, and next day when I asked for water and tea cup They said the water was compliments from the hotel and I have to pay if I want.

The place is quiet, relaxing, the staff are friendly and nice And helpful, in general the place has positive energy and comfort, breakfast buffet is not bad.
