Bathroom could do with regroutjng and nightclub in the hotel plays loud music until 4.30am which makes the walls vibrate on the 2nd floor.

Close to shops and main shopping street, breakfast was pretty good. Room was comfortable

The sea view room is not really a sea view - I was able to look at the sea through the vacant space between the Mariotte towers The check in process was too long The bed in the double room is too small

We travelled with two babies and when we got there they told us they only had smoking rooms. We got our non-smoking room at 2 am .. 3 hours after we arrived.

Even though I sent a request to the accommodation that I want a non smoking room and they replied and assured me to give me the non smoking one, when I came to the hotel the receptionist told me there is only a smoking room available and asked me if I was okay with it. I obviously wasn’t okay with it. At the end he somehow managed to give me a non smoking room, but I wasn’t happy with his initial approach.

ONLY think is the parking. If you come by car, you can't park outside (close) or maybe you could be lucky but if you're not you'll have to pay 30dhs/night (but there's a valet that will take care of it)

The staff was very welcoming and professional, they even upgraded us to the executive room which was much appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, with a view on the street. We really enjoyed our stay and we were wondering why the note on booking was so low compared to our experience. Would definetly come again when I'm back in Abu Dhabi

Everything, right from checking in untill last day at Abu Dhabi it was amazing. Checking-in was a buttery smooth process. We actually booked rooms with breakfast and the breakfast plater was delicious. The comfort in the room was very good. Staff was gentle and always welcoming and smilling. Location i would rate a 10/10 as its right on the main street and a lot of restaurants and supermarts are nearby. Amazing spot for car / taxi pickups. Overall we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Quite sad that you have to charge for the parking. Isn't it supposed to be complimentary for the check-in guest?

No big deal but there's a club on the highest floor with parties late into the night: though faintly, one night we could still hear/feel thumping three floors down. The breakfast room is quite small, it can quickly get crowded and cramped.

Great location: within walking distance to the Corniche and the multiple adjacent parks. If you use public transport, downtown sights are easily reachable by bus, plus line A2 from the airport stops steps away from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the room was clean and well-equipped, there's a rooftop pool with superb city views, good breakfast is offered and everyone we interacted with was really friendly.

Nice location to travel from here and there between the beach, shopping malls, bus station and so on. We had some problems with the locker, but everything was solved nicely. Still remember that you are not alone here: we asked for a vase and for an adaptor, and were told there ere no spare ones left. But it was okay, nothing to be not happy about

On the M1 floor where bar and billiard is, I have met already second time very unpleasant black guy ("security"). He simply doesn't know how to talk and act with people and customers. He seemed to be drunk or under drugs. Only because of this not adequate person I would really scale if I will choose Tryp hotel for my next stay jn Abu Dhabi, that is planned for next month.

We are staying in Tryp Hotel already 3rd time. Rooms are always clean and well served. This time Jonayed was taking care of us and our room. Thanks to him! Pur fridge did not work, but was replaced within 5 mins during night time once we informed reception.

Not the property’s fault: Fire Alarm drill that caused the elevators to stop working and sprinklers flooding the staircase. Hotel helped us with Taxi to Bus station in return which was very nice.
