Really friendly and willing staff. The breakfast was good but The difference maker was Benjamin with his smile and great omelettes. The hotel was what we expected. Really accessible and right across the road there is a local super market for everyday stuff. We went at an off season period so it was quiet and crowded.

There is a club on the top floor, so we could hear music beats at nights, because we lived on the 14th floor.

The best hotel staff ever! Thank you so much for your understanding and providing us with another room, as the first one had a strong smell of tobacco. Everything is clean, the breakfasts are delicious. Great location of the hotel. You can take a public bus A2 from the airport to the hotel porch. Additionally, TRYP by Wyndham Hotel was one of the few where we could pay upon arrival.

Great hotel but... The location in the center has its disadvantages. At night the room was noisy even on the 7th floor. Tasty breakfast, great view, helpful staff. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for only one day and the bed linen was apparently not changed: it smelled perfume and there were blood stains on it.

Would recommend renovation, ac cleaning, air freshener at the floor we were staying was too much. But these things in my opinion are farely smoothened my democratic price.

Location is great, close to public transport. In addition from downtown it is easy to get to sightseeing/leisure places, you can easily catch local taxi (that is cheaper than uber) right at the entrance to the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, taking care stuff, perfect price for service. Special gratitude to amazing stuff, especially chef Benjamin that was so friendly and welcoming that we felt like at home, and reception manager Dilshan who was very helpful with all our inquiries.

The hotel restaurant where the breakfast is served was very small and people had to wait most of the times.

Good breakfast at the hotel restaurant which had great views. Got upgraded to a beautiful suite. Amazing views from the rooms. Good facilities. Helpful staff. Close to bus stops. Plenty of taxis available outside.

The soundproofing is too poor. We stayed 3 nights and during one it was not possible to sleep because of the noise.

The only complain that I had was already resolved on-site, with my room being close to the nightclub. I requested and they delivered at once a room on the lower floors.

I stayed at TRYP hotel three times and I appreciate every one of them. The facilities are good, however, it is the service and staff that truly shine. A simple request such as having an iron and an ironing board ready by the time I arrived at the hotel were not only met but also kept in mind for the next occasion I booked a stay with them. I would also like to mention the last stay with them for which I received a complimentary room upgrade to an executive suite, free of charge. Cudos!

Hard bed mattress, and we were put in rooms far from the rest of our group. Didn’t like the view from my room. They also didn’t provide us with EU power adaptors to charge our phones
