I had a room on the 15th floor and apparently there is a club on the 17th which was playing so loud music that I couldn't sleep because of the bass. I tried to contact the reception but nothing changed.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and unfortunately we got a room for disabled people. It worked just fine, but was a bit strange as we didn’t need it.

The price/value ratio is very good. The hotel is in the center of the city, they have a cheap valet service if you have a rental. The staff was exceptionally friendly and customer oriented. The city view is gorgeous.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The dining room is so small that we had to wait several minutes for our turn to enter every morning. There is no selection of teas. Coffee was mediocre and no coffee cups available. We were offered to pour the coffe in the soup cups - I had a feeling I was on the candid camera. At 9:15 there were no more croissants. All the food that was supossed to be heated, was cold.

Overall, a good hotel. The location could have been better, but we did not notice any serious problems associated with it (we moved by car)

I would like to note that the staff worked well. In the UAE, the reception staff is regularly very slow. It was fast and clear here with good English. We may have been lucky, but it's nice anyway. we settled a large group at night without any problems. We only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable

Rooftop Disco sound until 3:30 AM. Very hard to open/ close toilet door, I hurt my hands several times.

A non smoking twin room had a great view. The room itself was fine, a bit small though, the bathroom is kinda old and needs a fresh touch (all amenities worked fine though). It was located on the 15th floor and I didn’t hear any loud music which had been mentioned in another reviews even though I’m very sensitive to such distractions. The reception staff was very polite and welcoming, one great thing was that I left “do not clean” almost right away since I do not need it daily but they called me same day in the evening to make sure that everything is good
