With that being said, I wish they weren't that understaffed...A lot of time is taken upon checking in on simple reception work, again due to the low-hiring rate. I noticed some parts of service seem a little off not because of the staff themselves. but the load vs population get some parts fall off..

The sound from the resto bar on the 16th floor can be heard in the 14th floor where we stayed and a little vibration to the bathroom door caused by the sound from the bar. Though not that loud but the base sound can be heard.

We like the modern vibe of the room, neat and clean. The staff were great and generous with our request for the basic needs. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is very accessible and there are several restaurants, groceries and resto-bars nearby.

The room smells of residual smoke so if you are particular you have to request a non-smoking room.

The room is very spacious for a three-star hotel. Bathroom size is more than enough for a solo traveller. It also provides a very good view of the surrounding area if you are on the higher floors.

We ordered room service one night and got the hotel breakfast both mornings. The food from the restaurant and the breakfast were not really up to standard. They need a bit of work in quality and presentation.

The rooms are not brand new and perfect as shown in the pictures and both taxis and food delivery drivers had a hard time finding the property. Probably the address is wrong.

the hotel looks luxurious and modern. it is fully equipped with everything. at breakfast there is very nice view from the 16th floor. there are bus stations nearby. bed is big. I'm very satisfied!

But there is one drawback. The hotel has a club/bar open until 3 am every day. The music is not very audible, but the vibrations from the bass prevented normal sleep. It seems to me that making a club in a hotel is not the best idea

In general, there was a positive impression about the hotel. The room was clean, there was water/tea, there is a mini bar. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the bus to the airport is two minutes on foot. Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is not big, it's better to come early. A normal choice of food, there are several types of juice, coffee, tea, water. There is a pool on the roof, it's not big, but you can relax. As a result, the hotel is good for your money

The breakfast was very poor. The bakery was old not fresh, only one type of juice, no butter!! The food was oily and the choices was limited.

We arrived well before check-in time after a night flight and really appreciated that within 10-15 minutes we were given keys to 2 out of 3 our rooms. Overall, we had a good time at Tryp Wyndham. Kids liked properly air-conditioned rooms and swimming pool under the roof. Seafood restaurant and fresh market round the corner leaved up to expectations

Good and comfortable palaces value for money

Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The management showed great professionalism and friendliness, and their dedication to fostering good business relations with guests was evident. However, there were some instances where certain staff members appeared to lack awareness and knowledge in handling certain situations. With a bit of improvement in staff training, this place could become even better.

When I got to the room there was no Iron and the television did not have Uoutube and the Eshare only worked on Android devices atleast get a TV box then It will be fine.

I loved the room and the fact that I could get a smoking room. The place was good because it was close to most things I needed to do but then I did not like the room I was placed.
