We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaKeep in mind that they also offer smoking rooms and it may happen that they will not have a non-smoking room available at check-in. That happened to us. The next day, after a confrontation with the receptionist, our room was changed.
Hotel has a good location. Offers large rooms and a swimming pool on the top floor, which cools down pleasantly. I was afraid of the noise from the disco club (based on the reviews), but even though we were accommodated on a higher floor, it was not so audible.

Jordanunprofessional staff ! I pushed my two baggages to the reception with no help of anyone! to my room too receptionist didnt explain anything about what i may need breakfast for exemple and the unsmoking floor and room still have strong smoking smell
