The only downside in my opinion was weak sound isolation since you can hear sound of alarm clock in room next to you

The bathtub had this glass wall that did not even cover half way the bathtub, so when I took a shower half the water would splash out on to the bathroom floor.

Property was conveniently located walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores! It was great! Clean and tidy.

The bathroom was a bit poorly, and struggled with the shower holder. A big hole in the wall behind the tap, needed to waste a lot of water to engage the hot water in the evening. The tub wasn't very clean when we arrived. I couldn't adjust the room temperature.

I liked the room, got everything you needed, nice clean and very comfy.

If possible more staff at reception desks as it can get a little busy.

Really lovely place. Very clean and the staff are all amazing and so helpful. The beds / pillows are so comfortable! We stayed on the 23rd floor with a balcony which was a great view. The swimming pool is really good also. Would definitely stay again.

It was near a mosque and because of the windows soundproofing I woke up every morning at 6. But it could be the windows from my room had broken soundproofing.It was not something very loud, just enough not to sleep.

The concierge staff were very friendly. Hotel room was ok, Breakfast plenty of choice. 10 minutes walk from Metro to visit Buj Kalifa and Mall.

We thought the room looked a little tired. Wardrobe doors have small chips off the bottom of them. But overall, we did like the room.

Great location, close to the Metro. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed, very comfortable.

Room was great - spacious and clean. Rhubab on the breakfast desk was very lovely and so was Juan at Lola's.

Water in bath tub was very hot and you couldn’t adjust the temperature easily. Also, the water was not going down the hole unless you waited for 5-10minutes. Would prefer a shower instead, which is more handy
