Sounds of the Blackbirds were a bit noisy since the hotel is so peaceful calm. apart than that, everything was great.

Beach + Pool access, great lobby and friendly helpful staffs. The Apartment was amazing, Since it was like a Staycation tiny honeymoon also, the Chef knew my wife is Celiac, so provided the next day a Gluten-Free cake and plate of fruits. Breakfast was genuine.

So organised, clean and family friendly! The yoga teacher Nadi was so nice that our stay felt healthy and fun!

The breakfast option was quite limited, maybe they can add more Asian food. There was a queue in the egg station as well, since there was only one chef, to avoid this they could add more staff especially during weekends when there are a lot of guests.

The hotel is still new - only 4 years old - so everything was still top notch. We booked seaview rooms but there was no interconnecting room available. The manager, was accommodating enough to show me the partial sea view room which is interconnecting before I made my decision - this kind of service, going the extra mile to ensure we would like the accommodation. When I called, the reception, they greeted me by my name - attention to detail! This small actions, really made our stay memorable. As we were lounging by the pool (before lunchtime) there was a staff who was giving away free ice cream lollies! Such a nice gesture to all the guests.

Everything is superb. Classy & Elegant interiors with environment sustainable themes all over. Private beach access for guests is fantastic. Kids pool has a water splash play area, and an indoor kids play area with a nanny keeping the kids busy is a brilliant idea! Breakfast was excellent. ALL Staff were top notch.

Just a simple feedback that the chalet needed a place to wash your feet before you enter the villa - as your feet can get very sandy - which they said it’s in the process of fixing. Another point, the sea wasn’t very clean there was some plastic and trash from nearby construction and I would recommend a morning clean up to make the experience more enjoyable for the guests .

Very supportive staff who were able to assist from the moment I arrived as I had an issue with my car just before arrival. I also got a nice upgrade from the one suite bedroom to the chalet for a very good price and it was absolutely worth it! The chalet was nestled in a quiet part of the hotel with private beach access and beautiful view of the trees and a beach . The front desk from Mohammed to Baha and the manager made my stay absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had a very good staycation on a weekend, it was a kind of city detox. Sea view, relaxing and large sandy beach mixed with a tasty breakfast, plus a nice atmosphere in the end of the day for having dinner. The staff were so friendly and helpful too! Thank you

No museli option at breakfast although you can make your own. The beach and view is across a small bay, not an ocean or gulf view. The weather at end February/early March visit was not warm enough to lie on beach and pool although heated was cool. The start of Ramadan month meant the outdoor pool bar and rooftop bar were closed. Not much else nearby.

Nice modern holiday hotel. Very courteous staff and many of them. Reasonable prices (for UAE).

In the chalet, I would recommend a foot was wash/tank/bath before climbing the stairs to the chalet, as it would allow you to wash the sand off your feet before entering the chalet, as the resorts in Bali and the Maldives do This would also help keep the interior “ sand free”!

The resort was amazing, great accommodation and very chilled, the staff were superb a great stay location.

First ever solo trip to a hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more for me or made me feel more welcome. It was spotlessly clean. The spa treatment was one of the best I’ve had. Would highly recommend the hotel and will 100% be returning again in the future for another solo trip.

The hotel is clean and has a homey, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating and easy to deal with, always willing to assist with any concerns or requests to the best of their ability. 😊 I just hope that we still have a chance to stay before leaving UAE.
