What an amazing hotel experience this was. Arrived with free valet parking service for our rental car. Bags brought to the room immediately. Take a room with balcony and Harbour view. Amazing view on city with burj khalifa. Enjoyed it every morning and evening. Great swimming pool area and service is the best. Personal is amazing as well. Anything you need is taken care of. Surroundings of hotel is beautifully done. Nice areas for kids or evening strolls. We’re coming back.

Food was not good quality (dinner and breakfast) and staff were not friendly / helpful. Pool area is very small and noisy.

The staff was fantastic. We are traveling with a 1 year old baby and they were extremely accommodating and loving to our daughter and our young family's needs. Especially a big thank you to Jeshna who from the moment we arrived to the moment we left went that extra mile.

I think room needs more cleaning and i mean deep cleaning for everything’s i mean.

Awesome location, very clean room, view of Burj Khalifa with water front. Plenty of restaurants around and very friendly staff. I will be recommending Vida to everyone.

Everything was great. The only disappointing thing was that the gym's water machine was out of service. I called three times but received no water or assistance to fix it. I had to leave my training to get water from my room. I hope the staff will pay attention to gym water requests. (Only feedback; no complaint)

Great hotel, great location, and great staff. Breathtaking views from the swimming pool and amazing views of the Burj Khalifa in the evening. Highly recommended for families with children.

Excellent staff. Fast and smooth check-in process. Facilities are in perfect condition, clean. Breakfast is great. Our stay was wonderful. The location is easily accessible by taxi from the airport or other spots around the city. Free shuttle to the beach and mall. Highly recommend.

The 3 large tv screens on the terrasse. I suppose not the majority of ppl eating there need to follow the premier league on multiple screens. The parfume in the corridor and the lift far too strong.

Strong scents in lobby and floors - we love scent but this was overpowering! Dim lights in rooms - bedside lighting more than just little reading lights would be nice.

Location had very pretty views from rooms and pool, front desk and concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, very clean, felt new, food quality of room service and pool/bar area was excellent and good value. Location was good, 15 min to airport, easy quick access to many restaurants and harbour boardwalk, though transportation anywhere for touring was over 30 minutes usually with traffic.

My shower leaked so there was water on the floor every morning, and there was no fresh milk in the Cafe area, only boxed milk. Other than that - nothing to fault. Great hotel!

I had breakfast from the Cafe downstairs - nice coffees and food, but I thought it was pricey. Loved the hotel overall, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Huge comfortable beds, great layout and bathroom design, and loved all the places for working in the lobby area and near the meeting rooms. I think the terrace could maybe have one area that does not have a TV on all day/evening. It's such a gorgeous view, some people may not want to watch Sport. Also loved the plant-based restaurant, good food! Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.
