“Really excellent staff and super-helpful. Very comfortable and clean. Strangely the food I ordered was, for this outstanding part of the world, below average. A dish listed as “Spaghetti Carbonara Traditional” was anything-but Carbonara or Traditional! It was delicious but not what I ordered. I chose poorly. Unfortunately the Schnitzel was also disappointing, based on a few other Schnitzels I’ve eaten in Salzburgerland this week. Also the pastries at breakfast were strangely hard work considering Dankl is also a bakery.”
