“Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.”

“Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We truly felt welcome and cared for. The rooms were spotless, cozy with beautiful views on the mountains. Breakfasts were generous, fresh, and delicious – there was plenty of variety and we enjoyed every bite. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back again!”
