We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The original hotel has been extended and modernised, including a reasonably sized pool with panoramic views. The same views can be had from the restaurant, which serves excellent, yet traditional fare. On the evening we arrived, it was BBQ night and we thoroughly enjoyed the freshly prepared meat and vegetable dishes. The room was a good size, with a comfy bed and a seating area, comprising a typical corner bench and table you find in many Austrian homes. The bathroom was spacious, well appointed and had plenty of shelving and storage space for toiletries. Staff are friendly and quick to serve.

HungaryIt’s not yet a must-have, but an electric car charger or even a simple outlet at the parking places would be nice. Also, no proper air con (doesn’t really need at this altitude even in July yet), and no mini-bar either.
Austrian family hotels never disappoint. Beautiful scenery and location. Really good breakfast and dinner, we especially liked the Friday grill. This place is perfect for a quiet, relaxing couple of days.

RussiaWe had a deluxe double room with a balcony - it was wonderful! Beautiful view from the balcony, silence. The spa area is good. On the territory you can see different animals. Excellent staff works at the hotel. We really enjoyed the dinners - thanks to the chefs of the hotel! The breakfasts and lunches were also good. In summer there is a place to walk (forest, fields, birds). Thanks)

The rooms were wonderful, the service absolutely perfect, the owners were such nice people, trying their best to make all the guests feel comfortable and satisfied.
