The walls are too thin, you could hear even someone walking slowly down the hall. Otherwise, the perfect place to stay at.

Amazing location - a few steps away from the train station. Four train stations away from Karlzolads (city center). Zoo and Schonbrun Palace are very close, a walking distance of 10-15 minutes from the hotel. Restaurant “Sokače” is a 5 min walk from the hotel, and they serve amazing, tasty food. There is a Vapiano restaurant just on the corner from the hotel. Also, there is a small shopping mall next to the hotel building. They clean rooms every day and give new towels. Breakfast was amazing.

2 years ago we stay in H2 Hotel in Budapest and because we were very satisfy, we reserve this hotel again in Wien. But, there were difference between this two hotels, especially in the variety of food for brekfast. There was nothing pork on the menu, only chicken and turkey. This hotel doesnt met our expectations compared with H2 Hotel in Budapest.

The metro station was in front of the hotel and this helped me a lot. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious and tasty.

Check in could have been smoother. We had sent list in advance. The checkin staff were a bit unaware that we were a school group even though I made note of this in the booking.

We were a group of 16 students and 3 teachers. This hotel was terrific. Very new. Clean and quiet. Rooms are set up for large groups with options for multiple bunk beds. Breakfast was amazing! Location was excellent, right outside subway.

Wi-Fi only worked for 2 hours on the first day. It's good that we were tourists and not on a business trip. Otherwise, it's impossible to work with such Wi-Fi.

No tea or coffee making equipment in rooms. As a Brit I need tea to get me off to a good start. Not a particularly good choice of fresh fruit - apples, bananas etc - but especially good hot or cold breakfast buffet. But no bacon (see earlier Brit comment!)

Comfortable beds, good facilities. Excellent welcome from staff - made to feel welcome from the start. The restaurant was OK but with a limited choice of food. Having said that the loaded fries with pulled chicken were excellent.

Nice services, rooms big and clean, They provided us the cradle for a baby free of charge. Nice breakfast, very convenient position just a few steps from a Metro station that brings you to city center in 10 minutes. Being inside a mall means you have restaurants and shops very close, accessible without exiting from the Building, which is nice if you are travelling with kids. Overall the area felt safe also in the evening .

It would have been better if there was a small fridge and glasses for drinks in the room. I also wish there was a hair conditioner.

The bell at the entrance does not work, we could not call the hotel when we were on the street at night

I liked that the hotel is next to the U4 station. Shopping center nearby. The shower in the room was separate from the toilet.

The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly weak. The rooms lacked a kettle and mini-bar, which would have been helpful. There were some issues with entering the building past 23:00. The breakfast area became crowded after 8:00.

The hotel offers modern facilities with stylish decor and spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The location is highly convenient, with the U-Bahn station, a bus stop nearby, and a shopping center in the same building. Schönbrunn Palace is just a 15-minute walk away. An affordable parking house (~8 euros per 24 hours with the APCOA app) is available across the street.

Heating isn’t available, the temperature is set centrally. Unluckily, we’ve been there when it was 5C outside with the Boris cyclone… Cooooooold, the floors in the night really feel uncomfortable. No kettle and/or tea/coffee in the room, though you can ask for the kettle at the desk. Experienced issues with night access, it was broken during our stay, so really a challenge to get in when the doors got closed for the night, as the hotel is actually located on the 2+ floor of the business centre. On Sunday even the main entrance got closed, too! So for day time it wasn’t working either lol. Actually, you may get in through the shopping center, but it’s closed after 8pm as well and for Sundays, too 😁 Pastries at the breakfast are gone too soon, and they never refill them.

Great location, just near the underground station. Shopping center is the next door, with Vapiano and Billa (local supermarket), so you can easily get any bits&bobs from there and have a cheap lunch (though.. doesn’t work on Sundays eeeh((( Nice design. Clean tap water. Breakfast buffet is alright, but if you’re coming after 9:00, don’t expect pastries to wait for you 😃

I thought the bed was a bit hard and pillows too soft. But slept well. Also being a bit picky here.

The free breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The breakfast room was spacious, well lighted and very clean. Decent coffee and juices, but the choice of eggs was limited and any meats were kinda tending towards poultry based. Not many bread options that would suit my tastes—no Danish pastries. Maybe I’m just being too picky? The location was excellent and many of the architectural high points were within a few minutes by walking

It would be better to have water, refrigerator and kettle in the room
