Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is something wrong with the key card system - I had to go down to the reception three times to reactivate the card. Not great if you or the reception are busy. The location is a bit off from the city center but its a nice 2 km stroll along the river!
Had to change room as the highway is very loud, a the back side of the building it was very quiet and heard only the ships on the river. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Wonderful view from the room and top of the hotel. Very good breakfast and coffee. Spa is excellent, also the view from the top floor terrace.

Clean, nice interior, even without car the city center is easily approachable by bus and the price is lower than hotels closer to the center. Breakfast was very good

Parking cost is pretty high for that region, 16 euro per day.
The room was super clean, impeccable, really the cleanest I have seen for a hotel, I usually check the cleanness of the bed everywhere I go and this was just spotless. View on the window is great, over the Danube, location is calm, very silent. You can go directly at reception or at the room from the underground garage.

The hotel is a long distance from the city centre, we walked along the river a few times then caught the no 27 bus near the hotel which took about 10 mins. No restaurants near the hotel so take the no 27 bus very easy!
Hotel room was great, Alina offered us different rooms and was very helpful. We had a room with a river view which was fantastic? She was helpful with other tourist information.

Parking was 16€, but you can park for free in the street. Breakfast was 19€ pp, so we skipped it. The rooms were not sound proof. I woke up at 6 am because I heard someones alarm in another room go off. Then some kind of very noisy ventilation turned on in the bathroom at 6 am as well, so I couldn’t sleep anymore.
Airconditioning was good and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Friendly staff, free upgrade, secure parking, lovely clean, spacious room with a river view, really nice breakfast which you could consume on the amazing terrace, watching the boats go by. The whole hotel had a r5laxing, calming atmosphere. The location was perfect for us, we went to a concert nearby. Plus: The Linzer Brewery in the cool old tobacco factory is within walking distance, as is the amazing public outdoor swimming pool. Thank you, we will return! :)

Stayed over during a road trip so it was super helpful that the desk was open even during early hours of the night! The front desk was super polite and helpful. The rooms was spotless and comfortable with all facilities (soap, lotion, cotton pads, coffee, tea). Parking was also spacious as we were carrying a trailer. Met all expectations!!

The only downside I found was that it's a bit far away from the city centre. This was only an issue at night, when we needed to get a taxi back because the buses stop running after midnight until 5am. If you're driving, cycling, or don't mind spending about 15 euro to get back from the Hauptplatz, this is a non-issue.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a mini-fridge was was great for the July heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only ate at the restaurant on one evening, but the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location. It's a five minute walk to a bus stop that will take you to the city centre. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely riverside path that goes along the Danube, as well as a bridge which leads to a nice path that runs a good distance through the town while being separated from traffic by trees, which was very peaceful in the morning.
