We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe hotel pumps music through its corridors loudly in the evening. Whilst I understand it’s trying to be cool it is very annoying. Also there outdoor spaces could not be less inviting.
it’s a great location close to transport and the city centre. The room was a good size for the price. The staff were very nice when I checked out.

United KingdomI really didn't like the black hallways, black doors and charcoal coloured carpet. It was very depressing and not very welcoming. Our first room was fine but in a 4* hotel you should be able to get out both sides of the bed in any room. We paid an extra €80 for that privilege. Young people probably don't mind but as we get older, crawling over the bed isn't ideal. The foyer could do with a freshen up and the breakfast was just ok.
I loved the tea, coffee and ironing facilities, the balconies and the ball mat on the wall - great for entertaining young or not so young people! The bed was very comfortable and the shower power was great. Loved all the musical instruments! It's a beautiful building on the outside. Loved the ethos and the staff were all great!

SwitzerlandThe shower was great, but I do not understand the decision to place the toilet and the shower directly next to each other. The door of the shower opens into the toilet and therefore the toilet floor is always wet.
Staff was super friendly, location is top, hotel tries to be more sustainable and has many good and innovative concepts. it was very quiet and the bed was a dream!

AustraliaThe room was slightly strangely set up so the shower isn't behind a separate door and you feel a bit exposed. It was a bit awkward to use. But it's not a big issue and didn't take away from our overall experience.
The staff were great, breakfast was very good, really liked the galley kitchen idea for tea/coffee during the day. The location was good.

BelarusThere was not normal heating at all. We stayed in mid-December when the outside weather was harsh. The room was quite cold and we had to sleep under two blankets to warm up. There was no fridge in the room. It would be great to have one.
The location was super convenient: right near Wien Mitte Shopping centre with Insterspar supermarket and Airport direct trains. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned every day. The room WOW was spacious and faced tge inner court. No noise - it was good to sleep.

IrelandBe prepared for a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. I arrived at the nearby station when it was dark, so got a little lost but with the aid of google maps I found the hotel. it’s actually quite close, but make sure you come out of the correct exit. Would have liked a variety of light food ie selection of sandwich and snacks.

IcelandMost of the staff were not cheerful or happy (except for one guy who worked the night shift, he was really nice!), the tv is a smart tv but we could not find netflix or any apps in the tv. The worst thing was during our stay we had major allergies every time we were in our room, we would get red, my face would get really swollen and me and my boyfriend both started to itch really bad. Because of that reason we tried to avoid being in our rooms unless when we were sleeping. The hotel should really check this out, we think it might be dust in the air or maybe mold, because the air was really dry.
Starting off with the things we liked. The room was really clean and we liked the room set up. It’s really nice to have the Wien mitte mall close by, the walk to the center is about 20 minutes but we really didn’t mind it. We liked that we could get drinks on the bar instead of room service.
