We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everyone of the Staff, from the Owner, through Check-in, Breakfast team to room service, were exceptionally decent, full of Peoples Skills and hugely helpful of any questions asked, whether touring or restaurants. Outstanding. The room was immaculate and all one needs, which although the hotel do not readily supply kettles in rooms, they are happy to provide from reception for the duration of the stay, we had our travel kettle, so no problems. The daily breakfast was a very healthy selection indeed. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre with an abundance of all manners of top quality restaurants within a few minutes walk, as are the main city attractions. The Ski lifts are again a few minutes walk. Innsbruck is one Outstanding city snugged in-between lovely mountains, a real treat for a city break and Hotel Zack has got it right on every level.
