Conveniently located from the Railway Station and Old Town; both a 5 minute walk away We arrived early off the Nightsleeper train, and the receptionist juggled things around so we could check in early, which was much appreciated Breakfast was excellent

Hotel Zach was in a great location convenient to both the train station and old town. The apartment was lovely with comfortable beds, a good shower, a kitchenette, and a nice small patio. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lot of options. The staff was great. They let us into our room early and held our luggage after checkout.

If you want any hot drink in the late evening or night from any reason, impossible. Only automat with cold drinks.

The hotel is almost in the centre of the town. Thus, it takes few minutes to reach almost all nice destinations in the historical part of the town. Moreover, tram stop is 100m from the hotel. Breakfast was marvelous and highly satisfactory. The stuff was always nice and ready to help.

The reception staff were extremely helpful when we had a problem with our ail tickets which they kindly printed for us. The breakfast buffet had a good range of vegan options.

As a single, scored a garden room ( no character but good facilities) which meant 2 lots of steps even using elevator. No help with suitcase. Needs a fridge and no ability to control heating/ aircon. Doona too heavy for mild nights. No room coffee/ tea making.Hotel name is faded grey above building so doesn't stand out.

Location is v.convenient basically one block to main street or two to railway station. Lovely welcoming receptionists. Nice breakfast with coffee orders taken & brought to table. Shame only one hot coffee,despite requests, during stay. Don't Austrians like it hot? Slow to refill scrambled egg tray. Attentive breakfast staff. Night access worked v.well after 9pm. Locals pronounce name as Hotel Tack,not Zach.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The room was small but comfortable. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the old town. The staff were really friendly and the hotel itself was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay in Innsbruck - 1/2way between HBF and àldstat centre. we stayed in Annex - great compact room layouts, heated bathroom floor. Annex means U have to carry bags up 1 flight, which some would not like.
