Would be nice if the Welcome tickets (that allow you to use city transportation free) are printed and given to customer at check-in and also explain the benefits. We did not receive the room that was presented in the booking picture. Unfortunately, so it happens that there is a construction cross the street therefore, from 7 AMto 7PM there is a lot of noise.

Room was small which made it difficult with two cases.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked our quiet room at the rear of the building. It was an easy walk from the train station and a short walk into the old town.

Best staffing ever! So kind people working on the hotel, great location, great breakfast. The girl helping to serve the coffee is always smiling, and she is constantly checking if people need something else for coffee. She is so kind. If you request 2 nights or more, the hotel gives you a welcome card that allows you free public transportation, discounts on tourist attractions, and 1 free car cable (12 kmts outside Innsbruck).

The room was slightly dated and Im guessing it would be very warm in summer since there was no aircon.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff were awesome. I felt very welcomed during my stay. The location was great and a short walking distance to Innsbruck Hbf/main city area. The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was really good and had many choices. The dining room also was really modern and had a nice atmosphere. As a family of four we stayed on the family room and was really good as the sofa bed was separated by the main room with a sliding door and this was really helpful. The hotel is located in the city centre which is really convenient and it is in walking distance from restaurants and cafes.

A kettle in the room goes a long way. Carpets definitely older. Not sure how you were supposed to checkout at 6 am because the keys are physical keys with a fob you need to leave somewhere, but they lock you out of the lobby from 10 to 630 so I was looking for a drop box all over, and eventually just like pounding on the front glass trying to get someone's attention while trying to make it to the train station.

Great location. Friendly staff. Liked the gym, which is evidently a bit rare in the town. Nice breakfast. Room was basic without a kettle or fridge but comfortable bed, clean, and nice bathroom.

The heating in the room was not working. Although the duvet was very warm, it felt not very comfortable in the room, when someone was not in bed. We reported this to the staff, and there was some improvement later.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Location was perfect. Every single member of staff we met was friendly and extremely helpful and informative. It was one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed in. No noise from other rooms and a very comfortable 3 nights sleep.
