The shower was a little messy, the shower head didn’t stay in place so we both got water everywhere

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. We arrived early and they accommodated early check-in. We had questions about skiing and using the city bus, and they were able to answer our questions. The lady at the front desk told me where I could find an open convenience store on sundays, and everyone was very nice.

Great location in middle of city and old town and the Congress station for the Top of Innsbruck trip. Room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast varied and tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room rate very reasonable.

Clean, in the heart of town and walking distance from the train station, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was really nice too. They also provided the bus pass for the two days we were there :)

The hotel is very nice and pleasant - all the facilities are new and well-maintained. The reception was fast and smooth. The location is also great - very close to all the attractions, restaurants and the transportation hubs.

The room was very small and the bathroom was small as well. I was on my own, but if you had 2 people with luggage it would be tight to fit everything. It was a tight fit with 1 large suitcase and a small carry on.

The staff are super helpful and helped guide me to a local ski rental shop and the Christmas markets. The hotel is in a great location, close to the main shops and train station. It was easy to walk everywhere. I left early, so I missed breakfast but it looked great. Bed was comfortable. Modern room, but small. Ok for a short stay.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, although a kettle is available on request from the very helpful reception. Absolutely no fault of the hotel but, whilst we were there the building opposite was having some serious work done to it and the noise started very, very early in the morning. A room at the rear would no doubt avoid any disturbance.

Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Located 5 minutes walk from the train station and maybe 6 or 7 from the old town it's in a perfect position. Room not huge but perfectly adequate. The breakfast lived up to expectations from other reviews, a superb spread served in a comfortable dining area. Overall, absolutely first class, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, fabulous room and excellent breakfast, but what makes this hotel really special is the staff, they’re all just amazing! Very friendly, nothing too much trouble and so much fun. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Innsbruck.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room. Those are not advertised, and so I did not expect them. Even so, it would be a nice touch to consider including in the future.

I loved this hotel! Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The room was also larger than expected, even for a small double. Breakfast was by far the best I've had at a European hotel--the options were very impressive and all of it was delicious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (shout out to Lisa in particular!). The hotel is well-placed between the sights and transportation centers, including the main train station and the Flixbus stop.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they spoke very good English. We were allowed to leave our bags at the desk after check out so we could enjoy our last day in Innsbruck luggage free. And the breakfasts had a great selection of food.

We found all of the staff at Hotel Zach to be very accomodating! Everything was great! Kudos to the charming receptionist from Bolzano, to the hotel manager/owner Katharina, who took time out of her day to have a chat with us, and the helpful young lady on the desk in the evening who made a great restaurant recommendation (Weisses Roessl). We found the hotel to be immaculately maintained, extremely clean, as well as conveniently located to many major sites in Innsbruck. The breakfast women were so kind and attentive, and the buffet breakast was one of the best I 've seen in Europe. We would stay here again, no questions asked!! An excellent value for the money, especially in Innsbruck which is not an inexpensive city.

The photos of the property only show the new modern rooms. There are also some other rooms available in a separate building (through the garden) that are less attractive. The rooms are functionally fine but I'd have liked to know that there was a possibility we'd be placed in an older room when I booked.
