“Apartment was mostly clean, except for bathroom. Basin had a film of dirt that you couldn’t see. Seemed like it had been just wiped over but needed a good scrub with jiff. Bath had hair stuck to it. Kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped for cooking but only had 1 tiny saucepan and 1 small fry pan. Utensils were lacking, so it was not possible to cook a meal as we had planned. Big windows in living area and bedroom looked directly onto carpark so we were on “full display”. Suggest some privacy curtains.”
