“The bed was dirty as there were hairs on the bed when requested firstly they didn’t admit and said there is no room available After that they offered the different room. I had no choice so had to go with that. I hope they fix this thing and change or clean their sheets, towels and covers on time. The towels were smelling very bad though.”
