“The reception staff member was unhelpful and was also misinformed about the wedding we were attending so gave us wrong information. When we asked her about moving to a room next to us with a better view of the lake...she said no they were fully booked No one went into that room and the key for that room was on the reception hook the whole time. She was unhelpful in more ways than one.”
