Sheer blinds to the living space provided little privacy at night. Dual blinds including "block-out" is an easily solution, but a minor item as the space had very beautiful views overlooking Docklands.

Location was excellent with an outstanding view from the balcony. The living area was spacious and very comfortable. Apartment was well insulated and quiet from any external (street) noises.

We had 6 people staying for 3 days but the bath supply wasn’t enough and the reception told us that we can’t get more. Another thing is the staff who answered my call was not really sounds nice (a little bit unpatient)

Probably our 8th or 9th stay with New Quay apartments. Always spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The view and location are fantastic and parking is conveniently in the same building with easy access to lifts. Our go to place to stay in the city!

This apartment is amazing, and we loved everything about it, including the location which is perfect and very easy to catch public transport to the city centre. The apartment is large with a good kitchen, dining table and very comfortable sofas and chairs. There is also a very nice balcony overlooking the Docklands. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms overlooked the harbour with the larger one having a door onto the balcony and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a nice swimming pool and sauna which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Melbourne and would highly recommend here.

The apartment had an amazing view and everything you could need for a few days stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and was great to have Foxtel. The staff were friendly and we also used the pool, which was great. Good location, restaurants downstairs and only a short walk to get on the trams.

My only complaint was the beds aren't that comfy. I found them quite hard and by the end of the stay was looking forward to a good night sleep. A few extra blankets/quilts would also be good as it did get cold at night. However, I'm sure if we asked we would have been provided with extra blankets.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely fantastic and suited our family of 6 perfectly. There was lots of space but also felt cosy and homely. The views from every room were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the city and harbour below. The location was perfect. Great bars and restaurants were just below on the wharf, tram stop was literally across the road with a short 5 min tram ride to the DFO and South Wharf or 10 mins to the markets. Also a short walk to Marvel stadium and "The District" which has lots of shopping and exhibitions. There was also a couple of minimarts near by for the essentials Our family regularly visits Melbourne for the football, shopping and exhibitions, the apartment will definitely be our new go to as it was very comfortable and close to everything we needed. The staff in the office were very friendly and extremely helpful. As always 5 nights wasnt enough and we can't wait to return and sit on the balcony for a morning coffee and an afternoon wine.

The main bedroom was pretty far from the kids and we were worried about the balconies so ended up staying all together in only 2 of the 3 rooms! Also, the directions to get to our car park were a little confusing, these could be much clearer.

The apartment was fantastic! Amazing views, clean and in a great spot for our purposes. The shower pressure was awesome! Really appreciated the flexibility and friendliness of staff when we called to advise we would be late arriving.

A little tired looking - could do with a freshen up. Balcony area not all that welcoming - mainly in the shade and not at all private with the proximity of other adjoining apartments in the area.

Location. Close to supermarkets and tram stop. Nice views. Extra bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen facilities were good.

We really enjoyed the proximity to essential things. You have high-quality dinings, takeaway &caffees at walking distance. There is the District area a nice place for families and individuals. In addition, the tram stop is at a very short distance.

Fans didn't work in the apartment in the bathrooms.
