How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our unit number 39 was the road end of the resort and the pool and beach were at the far end and along walk so we had to drive up there. The patio at the unit had a barbecue and table and chairs but no garden or view to look at just a colour bond fence not nice to relax in it got very warm. The TV was a smart tv but you could not get Netflix or sbs on demand. iPhones to ask how we could get it on so we could watch movies at night . They said the resort manager would be in contact but they never did. So that was all disappointing.

Obviously pervious guests just put plates cups and pots and cutlery away without actually cleaning them which was gross- so had to wash everything before using. Otherwise recommend this place

Lovely little house. It was good that we were just outside of the Greater cluster of houses of the resort. It seem more on its own which we like.

Villa a little close to main road!
Perfect place to come back to after a day out and about. Great location for beach walks and plenty for family's to do. Comfortable beds and everything you need. Would stay again!

Krestas were hit and miss. Need new ones.Not enough bowls for salads, need new broom out the back.Didnt like the added on expense at the end after you had booked thru Superhog. Thought we had already paid enough for 1 week.
Closeness to beach, well set out,comfortable bed.

There was nothing to dislike about this property, however the check out instructions in the guest info book were slightly different to the ones sent in a message on the day before my scheduled departure, so I don't know if I left it how they prefer which has me a bit anxious.
Well appointed, clean, comfortable and practical unit with everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. Added bonus of washer and dryer. Very secure and felt just like a home away from home.

The lighting in the bedrooms, very hard to be able to read.
Great location for Margaret River, Augustus, Busselton. Very good communication from hosts and did everything to achieve satisfaction. Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Outdoor space for relaxing.

Some of the blinds were missing out of the lounge window but it wasn't too bad
I drove from Exmouth 16hrs so it was great to be able to arrive & collect keys from the lock box at the property

A little dirty in places. Filters dusty. Dryer didn't work too well. Kettle full of calcium and unusable. Matt under the table is a trip hazard.

The unfortunate circumstances of the indoor pool, sauna and Gym not being open. A suggestion would be to team up with neighbouring dinning, supermarkets etc in walking distance where your visitors can get discounts so it encourages local business support
Value for money of the property The ease of checking in and checking out. Location was suitable for our stay and would recommend it to others. I would stay again.

Spam emailed and texted at least 10 to 15 times by the company managing the property, told to meet at an different office to register that had no one at and it was not even necessary to do.
