AustraliaStayed 6 nights with no housekeeping. To have one bedroom appartment cleaned once there was a high charge of $55 dollars. 6 nights rubbish not emptied from apartment and we hade to go to reception and carry fresh towels, toilet paper and tissues back to apartment. A simple service to empty bins and replenish towels at least every second day should be an expected service provided with no additional charge. Apartment could do with refresh and mattress definitely should be replaced.

Absolutely amazing ocean views. It is walking distance to everything even a Coles supermarket behind it open to 9pm on Saturday night. You can leave your car there on the day of check in before check in time and again at checkout day. Staff are fantastic nice a helpful.

New ZealandAsked for quiet room and it definitely wasn’t. Don’t book room rooms 304 305 306 noisy next to main road and construction in front building a tower which blocks half your Seaview. Also right by the lift which goes big bong every time someone calls it. Dreadful

AustraliaThis is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in Australia, and the welcoming touches with the lamps on and soft music playing was lovely. The location was great alongside the shopping Centre and very close to the ocean. I always love my stay in Mooloolaba, but this would be the best for about 30 years, and I have stayed at this hotel a few times too . Very impressed 😄😄
