The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. The apartment otherwise was excellent.

The bed was awfully uncomfortable, it felt as if you had springs digging into your back whilst trying to sleep.

Value for money just wasn’t there. Spending over $400/night we would have expected a room that wasn’t near the lift. The shower in the room was over a spa tub which required a climb up of around 700mm. No step. Room needed sprucing up. We just didn’t feel the quality and location of the room warranted what we spent.

Dated room and road noise. Also, we had a spa bath, but with that, you had a window from the bathroom to the bedroom, which was not very private.

The rooms needs repaint and looks tired- the seepage of water from the shower😜🥵body Corp needs to become Tesla friendly then you will have a wider audience to visit and stay at the Hotel!

Unfortunately we forgot about the traffic noise at Venning Street traffic lights. Next time we will make sure we ask for a room more centrally located. This is the third time we have stayed there and previously our rooms had been in the middle of the block. This time we were close to the end near the road.

Clean, comfortable and very centrally located for shops, eateries and bars. The 2 swimming pools were great and close to bus stops if you were not hiring a car.

No housekeeping the kitchen did not have all the necessary utensils very limited China only 2 small cups for tea n coffee hard to get clean towels dishwashing liquid toilet paper all the basics were very scarce on - way too expensive for what you get extremely disappointed

Spacious unit with a separate bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen as part of a large living room. The ocean and pool view from the balcony was perfect.

It had all the right facilities indoor and outdoor pool were amazing and the staff were amazing and catered to our needs love that reception is open 24/7 easy access to the car park and mostly everything is accessible on foot. Highly recommend to stay here if ever in Mooloolaba for Beach 5s

As a smoker, it would be nice to have a smoking area.

Everything is at your doorstep . Retail,shopping centres,restaurants, all in walking distance. The beach right across the road. Public transport (bus) 2min walk.

Received a very small and dated room with wobbly outdoor setting on a tiny deck. No in room entertainment I.e only option was byo netflix, YouTube etc to cast to TV…..did not bring devices and at nearly $500 p/n did not think it necessary to do so.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location with shops and restaurants at the doorstep.

The room was very dated - the specific room we stayed in, room 103, had a very dangerous interaction when opening the door from the inside, as you open the door your hand gets jammed against the wall if not careful, this happened to both me and my partner the first time we opened it for the first time, after that we knew to basically " throw it open"

The staff upon entering were lovely, i interacted with a girl named Paige, and she was helpful. The foyer area was very inviting, but the moment you step off the elevator it feels like going back 20 years.
