Designed by someone that did not have shape blocks as a kid. Photos: Drawers don't open Dryer door does not open Microwave stuck in the corner hard to get at Kitchen cupboards awkward Extra charge for Internet, Housekeeping etc sucks.

On arrival, the air conditioning was rattling so loud we couldn't sleep (we thought it was a washing machine at first). When we tried to get someone to come fix it it then got jammed onto the hot setting and had to manage in a stuffy hot room. I was exhausted for my conference the next day. They have offered a discount for the night stayed/refund for the unused nights so I could find accomodation elsewhere. Unfortaunetly after following up, the refund instructions from the hotel was different to what they told us on site (no discount for the night stayed and no full refund for the unused nights). Lots of admin follow up required now. Overall incredibly disappointing.

There was no emails letting us know there was works been done at the hotel before staying there Some works had started earlier then 8 The indoor pool was closed during the day and was only open after 4 The room was run down the tv didn’t even work in the bedroom Money for value Not Over priced

Nothing, every thing was above our expectations.

The view from the room was amazing. The location was central to all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the room was very comfortable and the layout was great. An most enjoyable stay.

Didn’t get told about the renovations so having a little one made it hard for midday sleeps when they were on the hammer drill below and sanders next door, car park was getting cleaned aswell we could have known so we could park away from where he was hosing all the roof and walls

Inside appeared to have mold growing on the kitchen ceiling. The cot they provide for babies was in horrendous condition - a choking hazard.

Amazing location for the beach, shops, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive when we needed assistance.

The pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable. When booking the hotel, questions were asked about the ages of children, and when I arrived (asking for a extra bed in room) we were greeted by a cot!! What is the use of filling in ages if this is not used? My children staying with me were 17 and 13, therefore none of them could fit in a cot

The room we stayed in 305 needs some maintenance and updating to their furniture ( bedding and sofa). the ceiling plaster over the kitchen bench was dropping dusting of plaster onto bench constantly. On arrival I was disappointed in two dining chairs which were dirty, rusting and worn out these were changed over once we advised management thankfully. Very disappointed in bathroom facilities having to step over a high round bath to have a shower is not ideal. I pulled out the spare blanket in bathroom cupboard as is was fresh one evening it had a bad smell to it ( milk or vomit).

The location of the Mantra is great ,staff very friendly , pool and garden area great.

The TVs were outdated, and the wifi was terrible so I couldn't even connect to the TV to watch movies.

The property seems to have some challenges with maintaining key services. Our tv reception didn’t work, the wifi was terrible, and we had a power outage when using the toaster.

The room wasn't worth $700 for 2 nights. The lack of sound proofing meant I could barely sleep due to people going in and out of the room next to me all night. I shouldn't be able to hear my neighbours doing their dishes at 3:30 am in a room that cost me $350 a night ... I spoke to reception and was told "sorry we have no other rooms available and we can't provide a refund if you cancel". I understand it was school holidays but i was definitely disappointed with the experience in the end.
