Room and bed /pillows was not comfortable and there was an off musty smell to everything

Outdoor pool and spa area clean and great games room fun to play a game of pool. Close to everything to walk but parking easy and handy.

The facility was a little outdated. Also the view from the room was not as good as our last stay but still decent.

Location is great. Having all cafes and shops nearby and just a short walk to the beach. Rock pools are right in front. The room was spacious.

Internet!!!! No internet availability- when we asked front desk they said it should work… it didn’t even work in the foyer.

The games room was full of pay to play games. Only free game was table tennis. Given that the room was accessible by key card only it felt cheap and profiteery to have to pay for games such as pool and air hockey. Even the racing games should have been free. I understand the pay to win prizes games costing money but the others felt in poor taste to be charging money for. The only downside to what was an excellent stay.

The bedroom storage and layout was pokey. Ironing board, pillows, broom etc stored in tiny wardrobr with second hand drawers thrown in. These would be better stored in the bathroom/laundry.

Great location overlooking the water, super close to all amenities. The room was clean.

Great Location right in the heart of all the cute shops and cafes with the beach just across the road. All the staff were cheerful and bright and made it a pleasure to deal with them.

Perfect location, bonus buy one get one free breaky at the Pavillian. Overall a wonderful stay, we will be back.

I just felt like the rooms could do with an upgrade - they're due for a refurb and the pics of the pool online make it look huge, but actually it's not that big and there are only about 10 chairs with shade around the pool and if you miss out on those, you're in the sun. We had a lovely stay, I just felt like the resort needed an upgrade and the pool pics were misleading.

The location was great. The staff were friendly. Everything we needed was close by and we didn't need to use our car once. There's all the cafes and restaurants you could need nearby and a great playground across the road from the hotel.

Bedroom next to main door and light was on the whole night making the room very light. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was never serviced.

Odd bath. The tub was round and difficult to get in and out of. It was also a see-through window to the kitchen with only a small curtain that could be pulled across. And we would’ve much preferred having more washcloths.

The room is a bit outdated, the TV is pretty small and old and even though you can chrome cast - it dropped out multiple times during our stay while we were watching stuff. It’s not the biggest issue when you’re out enjoying your holiday but on the nights you get rained out it’s a bit annoying. The cleanliness wasn’t the best either. bit of mould in the shower, people’s hair and left over items in the room that had stayed in the room prior to us found in both the bed and the spa bath, the bed done up with nothing but a single sheet and an old quilt with stains on it (ewwwww). But we lived lol.

This wasn’t the worst stay. The location was great and we liked the gym and pool.

The spa outlets need to be cleaned. When used scum came out of the outlets. The mattress was to soft and dipped in the middle

Second bedroom was small and hard to fit a small travel cot in. No reading lights in main bedroom.

Great location and views, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped for longer stay.
