Bars and restaurants close very early at night. Also, we couldn't understand why the Mantra has closed off access to the Pavilion Restaurant out front of the facility. It was great for breakfast and sunset drinks and is fundamentally on your resort grounds. It should promoted as a place to eat, drink and enjoy the sea views without leaving the resort grounds.

We had a significant family gathering with family members coming from all over Australia. Fortunately, all our rooms were in close proximity on the same upper level floor. I don't know if this was by accident or design, none-the-less we benefitted from it

We had been advised to allow at least 20 minutes for a taxi response. At 4.45pm we requested a taxi be called for 5.15. The girl assured me a call at 5.10 would be adequate. She did call for one at 5pm. When there was no taxi by 5.25 we ordered an Uber. Staff should be made aware of the long wait times particularly on Saturday nights and in rain.

The room was not worth the price. It was quite dirty when we came in and the bed sheets smelt like poo (literally, we had to wash them ourselves)

The room was the same as 10 years ago. I felt the room was a bit tired and in need of an update. Our toilet was leaking where several tiles were cracked..... but it was attended to immediately. The bed was fairly hard and probably could do with a topper on the mattress. JUST SAYING>>>>>

Wonderful location. Right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Above all the shops and restaurants but still quiet. Short walk to one of our favourite beaches - in a bay and great for families. Lovely big pool and entertaining area. Really friendly staff.

Kitchen goods, so basic & limited. Plastic tongs x 1 only item to cook with, not great on a bbq. I spent too much time washing up due to barely having anything

we had a shower that split open while in use and wet the whole bathroom including our clothing but when mentioned to the staff on duty they were very uncaring and just wanted us out - after paying 650 per night I expected more as all I asked for was an extra half hour to dry our clothing as we were checking out that day and after the shower accident we had to dry our clothing etc before we could get dressed to leave which was a crazy rush but the girl on reception was very sharp and abrupt so it has put us off staying with you again. She may only be a receptionist but she is the face of your brand at the time and was not a good look.

The main doors were not working during our stay which was not a big issue but did make us walk the long way around each time we came and left the hotel.

Location was great. Room was great and comfortable and the hotel had a good mix of features in pools, gym, spa and sauna.

When Aircon was turned off because of the humidity entire room had condensations and floor was very slippery. Bathroom could do with ventilation fan as washer/dryer is in the same room.

Barely any utensils or kitchen equipment in the apartment The reception staff member who checked us in was rude and made me feel like the questions that I asked were stupid. Other staff were lovely
