Our bathroom was low on items such as toilet paper and soaps. You can hear people in the hallway quiet easily from bed. The speaker in the room didn’t work and the TV’s are fairly behind the times.

Rooms were nice, beautiful view even from only the third floor, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

WiFi connection was terrible and you need WiFi to connect your own Netflix, Stan, etc. Had to go down to reception area to connect to internet and then race back up to chrome cast Netflix. Washing machine leaked but I guess they will fix that. Bathroom lighting was poor (from my wife opinion).

It was only on the second floor but it overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean. Room 211. It had a spar bath but I didn't use it as it takes too much water. It was a nice room.

Location was excellent, couldn’t have asked for better. Quality of room and furnishings were great, very clean and comfortable and everything that I needed. I was just disappointed I couldn’t stay longer and that the weather wasn’t better!

We had a 1bedroom - the 'bedroom' was right as u walked in the door, and only separated by a sliding door to the rear of the unit (where our daughter was sleeping on the fold-out sofa)

Location - very central to food outlets Parking - car park spaces were very reasonably sized (especially for a 4wd)

Our 3 bed apartment was dated and needed renovation. It had over bath showers in both bathrooms, my 86 year old mum could not safely climb in the bath to use the showers. Luckily, my brother had an apartment nearby with a walk-in shower she could use.

During our stay the fire alarm went off, standing on balcony you could not tell which hotel it was, there was NO internal alarm until at least 10 minute had passed. We made our way down emergency stairs ( we are mid 70s) no information when we reached outside had to return to foyer to be told eventually it was a false alarm. NO apology. Our main worry was the time lapse before the internal alarm was triggered! Shame the reception staff were not better trained for such a situation.

Well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with everything required for a holiday with a toddler. Washer/dryer, bath tub and the comfortable bed and sofa beds were great. The location is within walking distance to many local eats and is right across from the supermarket. Included secure parking is a bonus. It has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, game arcade and bbq facilities. Plenty of things on-site to keep everyone happy. We would definitely stay here again - only a short drive from Sunshine Plaza and some fantastic lookouts.

Bed was rock solid and our pillows were the same ended sleeping on the fold out sofa as it was softer than the rock solid bed and bed pillows. But other than that was perfect

Data limits on the complimentary wifi. If you want to hunker down in the evening with Netflix etc you'll end up either having to pay for extra data or using your 5G. I get wanting to make a bit extra out of your guests but this isnt something many hotels still do with wifi. They'll also only make up rooms "for free" if you stay 8 nights or longer, otherwise fees apply. Based on that...pool towels arent provided, theyre essentially your shower towels so keep them looking super nice/dry for 7 nights or less if you're taking them to the pool. $20 hold goes on your debit card on arrival but can take up to 10 business days to come back after you check out.

Bed and pillows were very comfy. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Coles/cafes/restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

Kitchen was a bit small and cramped for 4 people

Very happy with our room and spectacular views, right in the heart of all the action, but also very quiet. Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and the spa. Right next door to Coles too which is a bonus.

Very disappointed to be on level 1, no view right next to pool. Probably my fault as booked through Booking.com. Did not know needed to book direct to get my Accor membership recognised.
