Hate staying where the feeling I am being watched and waiting for me to do something wrong. Numerous signs telling me what I cant do eg smoke on verandah. Room had a weird smell

They only gave us 1 key difficult when I went for a walk with my baby and I needed him to come down and help with something, he was not able to access lift without key. Not good in an emergency!

There was a strange fishy smell in the apartment. The body wash and conditioner were empty in the shower

There was a horrific smell coming from the drains or the washing machine in the apartments bathroom. It was so bad that we felt nauseated and uncomfortable the entire night. We considered reaching out to reception however, by the time we checked in and noticed, our baby was sleeping and we did not want to wake her after the long trip we took to get to our hotel. Will absolutely never stay again.

Honestly nothing. It was perfect!

Absolutely the best location ever! Right in the middle of the town with views of the water. Not to mention the rooftop pool that was heated and had a view! Plus a gym and sauna! The room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a road trip halfway point stopover.

It took to long for the security roller door to activate in the underground carpark when exiting the carpark. I drive a manual and my hill starts were challenged on the steep incline.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was super comfy and more of a king size than a queen. Great location, could walk to the clubs, shopping and along the break wall. Roof top pool area was beautiful, BBQ area was very clean and easy to use. Did not want to leave, check out was simple.

There was a sewage backup at 8am in the morning that lasted all day, we had to clog up the drains witb toilet paper to not smell the foul odour that was coming through the kitchen sink, I couldn't even stomach a cup of tea or even make one due to the smell, and it cane through the bathroom vanity, and the toilet, This was disgusting to smell while eating breakfast 😳

Our room was opposite a night club and the music was super loud on a Saturday night until apporiximatly midnight. This was not ideal when trying to settle small children.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants and Coles. Spacious for the whole family. Beautifully decorated and super soft and spongy carpet under our feet. I liked that our room had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a full suite of toiletries.
