Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandBecause it was a quieter area we definately needed a car to get around. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very good so I don't believe we got the best out of the house and the facilities.
The house was lovely and was very comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Resort facilities available were great and a quick walk to the beach was enjoyable. The location was good in that it was in a quieter area of the sunshine coast and was relatively central to activities and supermarkets.

AustraliaThe only criticism was that the beds in rooms 2 & 3 where my sister and I slept were very uncomfortable we both ended up with bad sleep and backs ☹. Other than that the stay was amazing!
The facilities at the property were excellent. The kids loved the pool and spa, basketball and tennis. Access to the beach was super easy and a small stroll to the flags for the kids to swim. The gardens were immaculate and the apartment was very clean and cosy.

AustraliaWe were not told that there was not a lift and as the room was located on the 2nd level we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Being older women this was a bit difficult to do. We thought this was a resort as indicated by the name and we would be able to get help with our bags if needed. The stairs were the biggest issue for us and had we known that there was not a lift we would not have stayed here. Also the shower in the main bathroom was above the bath with a fixed glass screen on the bath. The bath was narrow and there were no rails to hold onto to get in and out. This was dangerous for us being older so we all needed to use the ensuite shower for safety.
