Room wasn't cleaned properly - especially bathroom with multiple visible hairs on the wall and floor. Main lift wasn't working which was a major inconvenience - other just was extremely slow

Quest need to think about the reason people go to a hotel to sleep If the room has excessive light find a way to block it If I wanted a poor nights sleep i would have went to a 2 or 3 start hotel Prior I had an apartment at the same hotel it was fine

The main lift didn’t work. There was insufficient signage to indicate this and we had to lug bags up stairs until we could find out where the other lift was located. Staff offered us a cookie in lieu of the broken lift which seemed weird. Going out for dinner we then encountered an intoxicated man in the lift trying to use his Visa card to make the lift work, that was awkward and uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was lovely. The supplied products in the shower smelt divine!

Main lift wasn't working, so had to walk through car park to use the second lift. Noise from hotel patrons leaving hotel a street away.

Convenient location & lots of street parking for high vehicle that didn't fit in the car park.

The fact that the pictures of the room I was paying for is not the room I got, I felt it was very deceptive and false advertising, after mentioning this to reception I was informed lots of people had the same opinion.

Unfortunately, someone in a nearby room cooked and indian meal and the smell pervaded the whole floor. Not Quest's fault, but it lingered for a few days.

Convenient, good facilities in the room. Free laundry facilities. Free parking. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff.

Bed was uncomfortable, No restaurant in the building for dinner or breakfast and had to walk and find some . Which is close by in walking distance but I prefer on the premises

The only issue I had was the underground parking. I was absolutely annoyed when I couldn't get a park. Recommend assign parking.

The layout of the studio unit was strange. Felt cramped, why trying to watch the TV. The shower design is a joke and floods the floor of the bathroom.

Disappointed that there was only free to air channels. For the price of the rooms you would expect it especially in 2024! Not a fan of the double doors.

Kitchen was good with sink and microwave plus a stove. The view was great.

shown to a room that had not been serviced .was sent to another room where the air conditioner and remote control to the TV wouldn't work and after an hour we finally were sent to a third room that actually should have been our first room.

Bathroom was filthy, glass & shower head had grime everywhere. Power went out half way through our stay, so we had no lights or electricity so we had to shower in the dark the next day as there’s no natural light in the bathroom. Mentioned these issues to the front desk downstairs and they didn’t seem to care at all, just took the card and said goodbye.
