AustraliaThe main lift didn’t work. There was insufficient signage to indicate this and we had to lug bags up stairs until we could find out where the other lift was located. Staff offered us a cookie in lieu of the broken lift which seemed weird. Going out for dinner we then encountered an intoxicated man in the lift trying to use his Visa card to make the lift work, that was awkward and uncomfortable.
The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was lovely. The supplied products in the shower smelt divine!

Power went out half way through our stay, so we had no lights or electricity so we had to shower in the dark the next day as there’s no natural light in the bathroom. Mentioned these issues to the front desk downstairs and they didn’t seem to care at all, just took the card and said goodbye.
