Staff were very receptive and caring. Parking on-site was awesome, parked right near dpor hallway and lift. Room was ok, needs further upgrades.

Sofas and curtains are old. The hotel already prepare to refurbish. It will be amazing for sure.

This apartment has everything we need. The two seperate units are the best to keep privacy yet easily connected . The big glass doors can be fully opened to get access to the large balcony. Great location to restaurants, Coles and Bakery.

Everything is close. Coles, Canelands, Restaurants & Sporting clubs are pretty close too. You can walk to most places but if you decide to drive, it's only a 2 min drive to the CBD, 5 min drive to Harbour, etc. The room was clean, comfortable, affordable & the receptionists was super friendly. I would definitely stay again 👍😊

The studio room layout is a fractured combination of rooms that make the space feel quite small and cramped.

The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. It's takes about 5 mins to walk to the CBD. Walking distances to restaurants. Walking distance to Coles & a 2 min drive to Canelands. I would definitely stay again 🙂👍

The noise from the pub across the road was mildly invasive but not terrible. The outside of the windows were dirty but no trainsmash - inside of room was clean and well equipped with ample the kitchen basics. The inner shower drain didn't work well so the bathroom floor was semi flooded after using it making the bathroom mat sopping wet. The car parks are very small for an SUV but with practice they ended up fine. It would have been good to have somewhere to hang clothes that cannot be tumble dried.

I liked the size of the apartment, facilities and balcony. It is close to Coles and Liquorland. Walking distance to Victoria St which has great restaurants. Quick and easy to find. Great to have a sofa, outside table and chairs and inside eating table. Beds were comfortable. Nice big shower with good pressure and nice hot water. The 2 lifts are well located for the car park and rooms. It was great to have secure parking included in the price. The washing machine and tumble drier were a win. Staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful.
