Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaWe slpicked this place for the pools and slides for the kids and it was a good choice a nice way to spend hours outside and parents can relax to. We got a 2 bedroom apartment which was also a good choice for us, we overlooked the swim area and not to mention there are plenty of bbq areas for an easy meal. However the apartment was clean but the shower heads are small, my partner is 6ft 4 and had to bend over to shower, I'm 5'7 and it was just above my head. You can see mould in the shower from lack of air flow, the kitchenette is handy but the appliances are very old and dishes heavily scratched. The carpark is in no order and you have to drive in the wrong side of the road. We were only given 2 replacement small white rubbish bags and 2 toilets rolls for a family of 4 for 6 nights and to get more the property charges you $4 for 2 more toilet rolls. You have to take your own rubbish down to the bins in the carpark. And you have to pay $5 for a pool towel per person as only shower towels are provided.fhe games rooms is very small and just a room of gamesmyou have to pay for like you can just go and spend hours at time zone. We did notnexpirence the kids club. And the restaurant is priced reasonable, nice food we are there twice but our wood oven pizza was very overcooked and crunchy. Nice place but a bit outdated. Oh and no lifts! Drag those bags upstairs! Was fun with a baby!

AustraliaLocation was good. Staff friendly. More towels were needed unless you BYO. Cockroaches were on the bench Wardrobes were very dusty More attention to detail with cleaning especially in the bathrooms and toilets. Suggest replacing the mould on the silicone. Parking is very tight/small and there were at times, cars parked in our designated park which was annoying. The beds were not comfortable for me.

AustraliaI didn’t like that there was no access to streaming on the tv, only had local channels available. Would have been nice to have access to a smart TV to be able to watch a movie in the evenings.
The pools and slides for the kids. Room was spacious

AustraliaNot enough lounge space for a family of four in a two bedroom “superior suite “ Some staff a bit complacent-eg We had two pigeons get into our apartment and poo everywhere when asked for fresh bedding we were asked to pay $25 per bed ?! Food was a little overpriced (but to be expected ) Pools were dirty (again,we arrived a week after cyclone so not entirely unexpected) Overall ,nice stay

CanadaMost of the amenities require extra payments e.g. mini golf or using the tennis/basketball courts.
Our kids enjoy the different pool options. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is close to the beach.

AustraliaThe bed was a little uncomfortable, and some furniture was poorly put together (the coffee table was rocking), and some modern comforts are missing (we couldn't cast anything to the TV, no way to play a DVD, no radios or speakers, etc)
The resort as a whole is beautiful, the staff were amazing and the facilities were good (resort restaurant, pools, putt putt, etc) The location was great for Surfers Paradise and for Theme Parks.

AustraliaWashing machine was an old top loader and didn’t spin very well but still washed the clothes. Would be great to supply pool towels!
Wonderful resort for kids - the room was comfortable, pools are excellent, cafe right there, free crafts for the kids each day. Supermarket walking distance. Special shout out to the staff who replaced a broken dishwasher in our room on the same day, and even filled the dishwasher and washed the dishes for us while we were out. Very thoughtful and appreciated. We would love to come back.

AustraliaDated resort. Rooms and buildings are aged and need a bit of a revamp. Rooms only provide very basic amenities so be prepared to supply your own. Rowdy kids and guests, but young kids love it so good for a few days but not a relaxing type of stay.
Great water park facilities for kids, spacious apartment, self contained, parking. Location is fine with Woolies just up the road.
