Could use some maintenance of room facilities.

The pools, the beautiful gardens, close to the beach and supermarket, good security, big rooms, great for families, comfortable beds, 2 balconies for drying clothes.

everything was great unit was clean and spacious the only negative was the bedding definitely needed new mattresses on all beds the two single beds and roll out bed mattresses were so bad my daughter and two kids had to sleep on the couch,and when we checked the one on the bed in master bedroom it was covered in terrible stains ,,

There is no where to unpack in the rooms. There is a huge double sliding wardrobe with 4 coat hangers and no drawers or shelves other than a very high and dusty top self.

Our carpet around the skirting boards was dirty & hard to clean, needed a new frypan in the kitchen. Needs an aircon in the bedrooms.

The main TV in our unit didn't work during our stay, but at least the TV in the room was good. The bistro by poolside is a great set up but the very long wait for food needs to be improved. Pool side needs attention by maintenance before they open up each day, clean up of any rubbish especially a few band aids seen around😬 a good pressure wash of the pavers as the bases/stands of the large umbrellas are quite rusted which makes the area near the lounges look and feel dirty.

Location so close to the local Woolworths and eateries is great. The main reason we chose Turtle Beach was for the pools and slides which our little one loved 😍 he had the best time. Staff on reception were friendly.

The check in time at 3pm seems a bit too late considering you have to be out by 10 am, stairs to go up to rooms were a bit dangerous especially with slippery feet, a lift would of been good but I can understand not practical, for the price the resort is a bit outdated and the food and drinks from The Deck Cafe located on sites were not very nice

The splash pools for the kids were a hit, and very family orientated atmosphere, located in a good position and nestled away a bit from the main road, hardly any noise from traffic was heard at night

Beds weren't comfy, even my 8yo had aching joints. Pools weren't very clean. Asked staff before going what carpark height was, they said 2m, but it it was 2.1 so we could have bought our more practical car.

Good value for money and ideal for travelling with kids! To have kitchen & laundry, separate bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and water park, playgrounds etc plus handy location with supermarket in walking distance

there was a pool that was closed but no big deal stil 3 others that were opened! the beds were actually a little firm for my liking but just personal preference!

Shame the other pools weren’t open. One of our rooms smelt bad and had a guy come and checked it. At times it still smelt bad.

Staff were lovely. The grounds people looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Shuttle service great. Loved the welcome packages.

The kids enjoyed the pool and slides. A few more options to keep towels and sit down would be handy. Plenty of room to swim. If the closed pool was open, that would have been even better The room was suitable for our size, inclusions such as laundry and dishwasher powder was convenient. I could not find the bins, and after asking reception twice ended up just using the skip bin outside of the building. Maybe more signage?

Having only one towel per person and having to PAY for pool towels! That was crap and we should actually get our money back from returning pool towels. I paid deposit in cash so ideally they should return my deposit in cash also but nope they're debiting it into my acct.

The many different swim areas, the apartment we had, had a full kitchen. The restaurant right outside our room area. The parking was great also being undercover and having direct access to our stairwell.

The fact that for a family friendly resort, pushing a pram is quiet hard as there are just stairs everywhere. Even to get up to the restaurant, its all stairs and for a single parent that gets quite hard.

We love all the activities, the pools and the slides. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Room was spacious and clean.

I was not notified that the main pool would be closed for 5 of the 8 days booked. Extremely disappointed.

Rooms are quite outdated even in the ‘superior’ rooms. Couch didn’t feel clean.

Great Family resort. Pools and slides were great, playground, putt putt, on site activities for children and the cafe was exceptional. We ate at the cafe several times and every meal was amazing and well priced, staff in all departments were friendly. We loved the convenience of having everything so handy. Shops walking distance too for everything you need.

No draws or shelves in bedrooms. No recycling of rubbish from rooms - would like somewhere to at least put empty water bottles. There is no tv in bedrooms. There is no lamp in the living room.

Great location, good facilities - pool's were great, good apartment. No road noise, very quiet after 9 pm. Close to the beach and grocery shopping. Staff lovely and helpful. Good security and parking. Grounds were clean and well maintained.

The doors and pathways with multiple steps were not very pram friendly or easy to navigate when carrying lots of things. There was scheduled maintenance on one of the pools during our stay, which I know is necessary, but closing that pool meant that the pool near us was incredibly overcrowded and hard to swim in.

The apartment was big, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The pools were nice and well maintained. The staff were nice and helpful.

The roadworks! They were just doing their job and we were pre-warned but that’s it! The room was a little dated and dusty skirtings but it was what we paid for and expected.

It was great for families - you don’t have to leave!! Rooms were large, location great, variety of activities - putt putt, splash pad, kids club, gym, multiple pools….
