No where to sit to watch tv and tv wasn't a smart tv. Not enough milk for the amount of tea coffee and sugar they provide. And bathroom didn't have a fan so had to have window open which made me feel a little uncomfortable when I was showering as I was afraid of setting off the smoke alarm with Steam and no lock on the bathroom door.

Rooms are very dated and could handle an update. Road noise is rather loud, especially on a Saturday night.

Was not easy to fill the kettle to make tea as the sink was so small. Had to either fill a drink bottle to then pour into the kettle or use the shower to fill the kettle

staff could have been a bit more helpful when we had an extra kid for the room. When I rang the male staff had no response and just stayed silent on the phone. When I arrive and asked female staff member she was friendly but shut down any kind of assistance to help fit this child in on the floor.

see above no cups or jug to boil water that's all not interested -in middle class luxury items possibly foreign channels might be an option however that is an expense for you we usually watch ABC or Greek channels not Australian commercial ones extra info -- too tired to drive anywhere and could not find a greek restaurant too tired to follow navigation guidance

no hot water for basin in bathroom and no jug to boil water for coffee or paper or plastic cups these are first world issues and I dont travel in Australia one night to rest only too burnt out to drive anywhere we usually go to Greece-- however we only seek cleanliness not luxury but if someone needs to take medication and needs a cup to drink water to injest tablets there is no cup thanks Marcia Tsimboukis

Swimming pool was not heated and restaurant not open (due to COVID?). On major Shell Harbour Road.

Comfortable beds in a large clean room. Handy to bikeways and Shell Harbour beaches, Shell Harbour Village and Woolworths. Welcoming staff locked our bikes up overnight.

Limited facilities for food in room - tea and coffee only. I understand there was a restaurant on site and room service available but we did not want to do that and the lack of plates, cutlery etc made it difficult for us to do breakfast/food in the room.

Simple, clean, upstairs motel room. Bathroom showing its age but everything worked. Bed linen very clean and we slept well. Wifi worked.

Caterpillar on the bed on arrival wasn’t the best … but then when we settled into the afternoon and had a shower before heading to dinner the shower leaked so badly my partner (fractured leg in a boot and a broken ankle) had to walk on broken ankle or would’ve slipped on tiles because of the water on the floor and foot swelled up after walking on it … cleaned up with all available towels etc and simply not good enough for the space of the bathroom (tiny). On closer inspection it just wasn’t clean … physical hair on the shampoo dispenser (not my partner’s … her hair was dyed day before and it was STUCK in the dispenser) … mould in parts of the tiling … very disappointing presentation for anything that could be booked. We paid over $200 for the room for one night … even a pub room at $100 would have been a more pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…

Amazing stay! The location was perfect, and the accommodation was very clean. The other guests were friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Plus, the view was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.
