Limited facilities for food in room - tea and coffee only. I understand there was a restaurant on site and room service available but we did not want to do that and the lack of plates, cutlery etc made it difficult for us to do breakfast/food in the room.

Simple, clean, upstairs motel room. Bathroom showing its age but everything worked. Bed linen very clean and we slept well. Wifi worked.

Caterpillar on the bed on arrival wasn’t the best … but then when we settled into the afternoon and had a shower before heading to dinner the shower leaked so badly my partner (fractured leg in a boot and a broken ankle) had to walk on broken ankle or would’ve slipped on tiles because of the water on the floor and foot swelled up after walking on it … cleaned up with all available towels etc and simply not good enough for the space of the bathroom (tiny). On closer inspection it just wasn’t clean … physical hair on the shampoo dispenser (not my partner’s … her hair was dyed day before and it was STUCK in the dispenser) … mould in parts of the tiling … very disappointing presentation for anything that could be booked. We paid over $200 for the room for one night … even a pub room at $100 would have been a more pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…

The water pressure was great in the shower. The pool and tennis courts are great for adults and kids alike. The location was central to our visit.

I didn't like that the toilet was a dark brown colour. I'm definitely not saying it was dirty. The toilet on the outside and inside was a dark brown ceramic/ plastic.. I would like to see a white or light cream toilet so that I can identify that it's clean.

I liked the location. The comfortable bed. The Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturiser wall dispensers. The shower pressure and hot/cold tap were great. There was a small table, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and a kettle. There was a safe and plenty of storage for clothes and other belongings. The bathroom also had a hair dryer.

Didn't like the only place to fill kettle was from the shower or bathroom sink. Also had no where to wash what crockery we used. There was heaps of Christmas beetles in room.

Size of room was great sheets on bed were also amazing.

Aircon was directly facing the wardrobe, so room took a long time to cool down, and never felt cool enough. Bathroom needs a bit of a makeover (toilet seat far too big for the bowl itself, for example).

Very clean room, with a comfortable bed. Soap, shampoo and shaving cream dispensers in bathroom was a nice addition.

REceived at reception ( only manned several hours of the day) with rather perfunctory courtesy. The rooms are extremely dated and could well do with a facelift, particularly the bathrooms. Shower curtain and very old shower stall with Ingrained mould on the glass. (See pics) The door to the room was extremely difficult to open and required a significant amount of brute force to open it. Also at the front of the room there was a verandah that ran the whole lenght of the building, meaning other guests could wander up and down and potentially access the room. We had to keep the curtains closed for this reason

In need of a complete overhaul very very outdated overlooking a main road
