“We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, and we even got two free beer vouchers for the hotel bar as a gift, such a cool perk! The room was very big and comfy, and the bathroom products were from Nuxe, which felt like a little touch of luxury. There was free parking right in front and the city center is only a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. We also got a voucher for the local casino, which was fun to use. Overall, we had a great time, and those little extras really made it memorable. Definitely recommend it!”
“Sensational place. Beautiful surroundings. The palace is very nice and it was clean. The only drawback is the waiters in the restaurant who do not speak any other language than French. As a foreigner, it was very difficult for me to order something. There were waiters who speak English, but you couldn't ask to order food from them.”
“I was asked to pay extra fees (€20)for an early check in which is totally normal, but what i didn't like is that I had to pay extra fees (€9) for a river view room.
There were no coffee and tea amenities in the room.
Although the room was equipped with one extra pillow for each guest, they are very soft. So, eventually it was like i was sleeping without any pillows.
Except for these, the staff were very friendly, they have a 24/7 front desk. The terrace is gorgeous.”
